Bought a super cool shirt from them in July as a birthday present for my brother. The size I bought…read morewas a little small on my brother, so I asked these guys if I could possibly exchange it for a bigger size. They said they could do an exchange, but that it would be two weeks before they had the replacement. I said okay. I called two weeks later to check in, was told another 2 weeks. Called again at 4 weeks, was told another 2 weeks. It's been 2 months now. They've stopped answering my calls. Word of advice on customer service: under promise and over deliver. I would've rather been told 2 months ago that you may never stock that shirt again, or that you're unsure when your supplier will come through, or that you don't do exchanges but I can buy another. Being led along with false promises is far more disappointing.
