We were quite impressed by her caring attitude, and we met Chip, the owner, during a followup visit. The quotation we requested was competitive with a previous quote for stock ready-made cabinets, but KC's were custom- built to fit exactly into our space. We couldn't be more pleased with the result! They were assembled and ready for delivery a month prior to our ability to receive them, as prep work was delayed due to circumstances beyond our or their control. Chip stored them without complaint, and delivered them immediately upon being given the green light. Installer Chris had them in place within a day or two, and the hardware (knobs and drawer pulls) attached a day later. Drawer dividers for cutlery and cookware were included at no extra cost. Countertops and sink installation followed shortly thereafter. All said and done, we are more than pleased and would gladly recommend Kitchen Creations to anyone looking to have a new kitchen installed.

I feel confident in years to come if I have any issues that Chip and his team will be right there to assist us.

I was a bit shocked at first however they are doing a lot more work than I even imagined. Example; my home is antique and well over 100 years old. Reinforcing and leveling the floor took about 2 weeks but when the project was done the floor repair was totally necessary and added so much to the finished result. Also if you are hoping the project will be done in a few weeks, it might, however the bigger the project the more chance for delays. Pros: I was communicating with a team of extremely competent people. Each is a specialist in a narrow field. Greg has an incredible sense of design and really digs into the details. Sonja handles the crew that does the prep, construction and heavy lifting. Mylia coordinates all products to be ordered. Special shout out to Bill who handles anything going on with all the crews. He returns your text or call in a minute or less and remembers every detail of your project. No regrets for me.

Needed to add a kitchen and two full baths, as well as closets, move beam and add a laundry area. It came out fantastic. This group--from Tracey Perry's help with design (amazing!) to Mike Heinrich's detailed budget which they stuck to and Bill Schmidt's communication on every detail, it was actually a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this group. In between my two projects with Cape & Islands Kitchens I did another property with a well known, popular Falmouth builder (hint: begins with an "L"). It was a DISASTER. Do not be fooled by the lower initial numbers--you will pay in the end and the quality of work will suffer. I am so glad I was able to do this renovation with Cape & Islands Kitchens!

All of his design work flowed from that understanding of us, and the result is just beautiful beyond words. His staff and subcontractors were a joy to work with and to be with--we spent a lot of hours together in our home while the work was being done, and we could not have asked for a nicer group of people to be around. :) Every single bit of work that was done was perfect. Absolutely every single thing. And the products he recommended from appliances to cabinetry are just perfect for us. Most everything happened on schedule, and in those really rare occasions when something was a little bit delayed, David or his staff let us know immediately. There was never any uncertainty as to what would happen next or when it would happen. These are the most reliable and dependable people on the planet. Anyone fortunate enough to have a Ricardi kitchen will be thrilled with the results for years to come. We love getting up in the morning to see this beautiful room. Was almost complete but there was a large punch list that never got done. Also, the doors on our very expensive screened in porch were ordered incorrectly so the locks were on the outside. They made it sound like this was no big deal, but it was to us! Finally just recently they put new locks on the door, but the shutting mechanism is still on the outside exposed to the elements and the door handles do not match the other door handles. Also hired them to do work on the garage which was never finished and finally had someone else do it. For a 200k job you think everything would be perfect! I had to call to get updates and they acted like I was annoying them for a job that was paid for! The rest of the punch list we will have to find someone else to do. The deck itself looks good but they don't finish their jobs! We would not use them again. Oh one other thing to note- the price was 30% over what they bid!
