AND being on the Cape, especially because a lot of the summer help is rotating or temporary, I wasn't sure we would find a reliable or responsible crew. However, from the onset, (unlike the 4 other cleaning services we interviewed) Clem, the owner of E3C Services, was ready to please, highly responsive, communicative, reliable, professional and reasonable . Clem worked with us to understand our cleaning needs and remained open and flexible to accommodate - we have five different family's that use our home during the summer (all with different timelines and needs) so this was key and so appreciated! Ok ok - probably MOST IMPORTANTLY - Clem and his crew work very hard and leave your home shiny and spotless! We agreed to a five hour first time spring clean and not one surface or corner was overlooked. Clem and his crew cleaned walls, baseboards, floors, sills, objects, ceilings, inside oven , cabinets, behind furniture and of course the usual suspects - kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors. Clem will bring everything including vacuum, mop, cleaning products, but will use anything you provide (which I preferred diff products etc., in some instances). So if you're looking for a reliable, friendly and great cleaner look no further!

This is a situation where you need to be able to leave NEGATIVE stars, but certainly at least Zero…read more I honestly cannot believe how horrible this company is, and as I told them, I am looking forward to hearing the news that they have filed for bankruptcy. They were bought a few years ago by "Cross Services Group" and I thought they would be better under new management (the old management notoriously treated their employees terribly.) While I cannot speak to their treatment of their employees, I can tell you that if they treat them anywhere close to how they treat their clients then they are absolute monsters. It started with the deepest cleaning I could pay for at my mother's house who sadly passed away in April. When I showed up afterwards, it was still filthy. I literally removed over a dozen daddy longlegs spiders from corners including even in the shower! Baseboards, light fixtures, nothing had even been touched. So I called them and told them how unhappy I was and that I wanted to speak with someone. I was promised "Warren" would call me right away. It had now been over a month and he has still never called, even though I called them back 2 more times and told them he never called. Then I had my first regular cleaning and the ladies put Murphy's Oil Soap all over the painted basement floor, making it very sticky and slippery and causing the paint to come up. I asked them to please never do that again, but I wasn't even mad about that , just bummed because it has made so much more work for me and made my mother's tenants really annoyed about the sticky, slippery floor. The second regular cleaning the 2 guys where there for literally 40 minutes (I know, because I was there on site) and all they did was pass a mop across the floor and a quick clean of the kitchen and baths and for that I was charged $450. And they left without making the beds which really upset me a lot because I was exhausted and stressed following my mom's funeral and I DID NOT WANT TO MAKE FOUR BEDS BY MYSELF so I called and called and emailed them to send the guys back with no response. So in tears, I did it myself. The final cleaning something really weird happened, because I showed the guy the light blue sheets for the King bed in the dryer and left before he made the bed.... but then the tenants called me later to say there were no sheets on the King bed. (Side note: I find the concept of paying for linen rentals absurd for my tenants so I provide all of my own nice sheets and towels for them.) I told them that they must still be in the dryer accidentally, but they were not. They were just GONE. I called the Furies multiple times to ask them to please just find out where my sheets accidentally went AND THEY WILL NOT CALL ME BACK. Maria absolutely promised me she would call me back, and didn't. I still have never heard from the imaginary guy named Warren. Look, it is just a stupid set of sheets, I already ordered a new set -- but it is just the principle of how NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. I am not even going into the total BS fake "meeting" I had at my house with one of their "managers" at 7:30 in the morning when I requested could I please just talk with someone in person? The girl had NO IDEA that I was even upset about anything, or what was going on. It was a joke and she accomplished nothing. Oh and one more thing, they were supposed to do a deep spring cleaning on my Wellfleet house today which I scheduled months ago BUT THEY FORGOT ABOUT IT AND DID NOT HAVE IT ON THEIR SCHEDULE. Anyway, this was my second horrible cleaning service on Cape Cod and I basically decided that I could not rent anymore because the stress of dealing with these POS companies is not worth it. (I did actually find an angel from heaven and his wife who are now cleaning for me and I LOVE them, but up until that godsend I was truly not going to rent anymore.)

I would have given zero stars to Furies if it had let me. We rented linens and towels from Furies…read morefor five beds, one of which was a king. The king sized sheets did not fit (see photos). We had to drive to Target about 20 miles away to purchase a king sized set. I sent an email to Furies the next day (May 26th) and they apologized for the problem, promising a refund. I replied, thanking them for rectifying the situation and asked when we might see the refund back in our account. They responded saying that they only do refunds by check and that they would be sending it out "soon". My husband has called and spoken with Alex, four times, I believe, over the last few weeks. These are the excuses that he heard: "Sorry, the company has 'switched' hands" and we are just finalizing everything;" "the 'switch over' is complete and checks will be cut soon;" "the checks should be cut today;" and most recently "the checks were processed today and you should receive it by Friday (July 29). We have not received any checks. It seems that we were just getting the run around. Very disappointed in this company. Because of this horrible situation, we will likely not book any places that do not provide their own linens.

I called them that evening to inquire about the status but was pushed to voicemail but the voicemail box was full. I sent two emails that went unanswered. The linens arrived more than 24 hours after they were scheduled to be delivered. I again emailed them requesting that they take back the linens and have not received any response. Not the start to our Cape Cod experience that I was hoping for.

Waited until 6 for delivery ( per their website this is the guaranteed delivery time). No delivery. Tried calling, left messages and emailed no response. Drove over to the office, about 6:30, office lights on but no answer. So first night here no linens or towels. Spoke to office manager following morning (Sunday) said linens would be sent. Waited til 11:00, then headed over to office because was nervous would have a second day/night of no linens. Bag was there, they had no intention of delivering it and I was told that they couldn't locate the address. Apparently they also don't have Waze. Took the bag, got to the car and decided to check it. Glad I did. Our full bath towel order and kitchen towel order was not there. Went back to the office two more times to try and get the order correct and when I got back to the cottage I still did not have complete order ( no washcloths given and no kitchen towels). First world problems I realize, but then my order cost should be adjusted and they should own the mistake. Also was told someone from Main office would call me to process refund of delivery charge. Today is Wednesday, nothing. Called office today, spoke with same manager, he said refund would be processed. As soon as I tried to give feedback with him about missing towels and order hassle he could no longer hear me on phone So I give up, I'll give my feedback here, wait for my refund and if I don't get it I'll speak with my credit card company about it. In retrospect the hassle of dealing with bringing my own linens and then washing it all after my trip would've been less of a hassle then dealing with the Furies. Save yourself the hassle.

Full disclosure ... I did not get to use use the cleaning services offered here. This review is…read morebased on my experience with the business. I was renting a co-op sort of house where we all get two weeks in the summer and are responsible for arranging our own cleaning before we leave. The people who rent the weeks before us are both cheap ... and slobs. They 'semi' clean the house themselves to save money vs. hiring someone and do a poor job. So, we never trust them to clean well. This year, more than ever, we wanted a top to bottom cleaning of the house to ensure all was good from a pandemic perspective given the slobs that rent the weeks before us, so I did a little research and called Cape Cod Cleaning Collaborative because they seemed to have the most trustworthy reviews. I spoke to the owner who returned my message promptly and asked me several questions about my needs. She mentioned that unfortunately, she isn't taking new clients this season due to a reduced work force and also, they can't clean houses as a one-off. They will do a 'deep clean' of a house at the beginning of the season and then come in for 'touch ups' but don't really do the whole 'I have the house for this week and would like it cleaned when I arrive' type of thing. If you rent a house, the home owner would likely have to have this deep clean done at the beginning of the season and then schedule subsequent cleanings for when guests leave. This wasn't our situation. I see that some reviews get a little pissy about this protocol but I have to respect it because it means they do a great job, are thorough, and don't go through the motions. If I owned a house on Cape Cod, I'd certainly use no other company but this one to clean it based on this interaction. However, the owner was great about passing on the name of the company she uses to sanitize and clean carpets in the homes she deep-cleans when she heard of my concerns about covid. She sent an email to that company's owner referring me to his business and he ended up coming in and doing a fantastic job of sanitizing the house and carpets for a great price. She didn't have to make that referral for me and did not benefit from it financially ... she was just trying to be helpful. Another reason why I would choose this business over any other business on Cape Cod, if I owned a house. Based on our initial conversation, it seems like the business owner really takes into account the needs of the customer and doesn't cut corners. I passed her name along to the person who owns the house we all split weeks at during the summer and I can only hope he will call her to arrange for cleaning going forward vs. everyone doing their own thing. Like I said, even when things didn't work out in terms of doing business together, the owner went out of her way for us and we were grateful for that. If I do end up buying a house on Cape Cod one day, this is the only company I'd call to set up cleaning.

Have used them for the past four years, however no longer…read more They went from hourly billing to fixed billing per cleaning visit - but failed to communicate that - I didn't know it until I got the invoice! And - at the same time - they increased prices by over 30%. They have also become unreliable - the most recent cancellation was last week when they cancelled less than two hours before they were supposed to arrive. Switching to a company that cleans several of our neighbors houses - come highly recommended - and cost less!
