Well- we started with a deck renovation Feb2023 that was supposed to be complete by the time we returned for the summer. Was almost complete but there was a large punch list that never got done. Also, the doors on our very expensive screened in porch were ordered incorrectly so the locks were on the outside. They made it sound like this was no big deal, but it was to us! Finally just recently they put new locks on the door, but the shutting mechanism is still on the outside exposed to the elements and the door handles do not match the other door handles. Also hired them to do work on the garage which was never finished and finally had someone else do it. For a 200k job you think everything would be perfect! I had to call to get updates and they acted like I was annoying them for a job that was paid for! The rest of the punch list we will have to find someone else to do. The deck itself looks good but they don't finish their jobs! We would not use them again. Oh one other thing to note- the price was 30% over what they bid! read more
