Buying a home can be stressful, but Kristin and her team made the entire loan process feel smooth and manageable. What stood out most was their honesty and integrity-qualities that can be hard to find these days. Kristin truly went above and beyond to maximize our seller credits and delivered exactly what they promised. We always felt like we were in good hands and that they genuinely cared about helping us get the best outcome possible. We are so thankful for all of their hard work and dedication. Scott's recommendation for Suzanne was 'she's the hardest working broker out there', and indeed she was. Suzanne really knows this business and has weathered the storms of real estate. Emails and phone calls were always quickly returned. We we able to close our loan in 20 business days - amazing.
