Since this is a rental house and we go through a property management company, we were not able to set foot on property while they were working. They tilted the fence back up in the one section that it was falling over, and other than that they did nothing. They left a big pile of trash for us to remove, and not to mention, THE GATE OF THE FENCE WONT EVEN SHUT NOW! I am so floored by the fact that we paid over $3000 to have two sections of a fence fixed, and because of the poor repair job, the fence now doesn't even shut. I really don't like giving small businesses poor ratings, but this was one of the worst jobs I have seen. ProFleet, you need to take better care of your customers.

update: Pro Plumb never filed permits for my job, as the city, as well as the minor label…read moredepartment have no record, and there is no permit minor label on the unit itself. Their negligence almost cost my family our lives. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB and the Better Business Bureau as well as the Oregon State Minor Label BCD. second update: pro plumb installed plastic concentric venting on a unit that requires metal concentric venting. They also cut the venting improperly. This is what caused the carbon monoxide. I had to have a second company come and completely redo their install, venting, gas lines, and replace the damaged unit which they installed. They still have not refunded me and continue to make up lies about me. ** installed a damaged unit, put my family at risk of carbon monoxide, left me without hot water for over a week ** They installed a rinnai tankless water heater less than six months ago. I repeatedly smelled gas and carbon monoxide and had issues with the water heater not putting out heat properly, and now it has started shaking violently. They said to call northwest natural. Northwest natural red tagged the unit for carbon monoxide leakage. 5 days later, Pro plumb came out to look at the unit, I was advised by pro plumb and by rinnai to contact a rinnai certified plumber to inspect the device. Jennifer told me the warranty would be long and that I would not have hot water, and that if i purchase another unit that they would install it for free. By now I have not had hot water for 6 days. The rinnai certified installer said that the gas line pro plumb was 1/2" instead of the required 3/4", the exhaust on the unit did not have an exhaust port, it only had an elbow which was causing carbon monoxide to enter the house. He also noticed that it was damaged and didn't look like a new unit. By now I have not had hot water for 8 days. When I contacted Jennifer at pro plumb she said the other plumber was just badmouthing them, and is very upset and angry with me that I would insinuate that there is a problem with their install, and insisted there was no damage on the hot water heater. When I asked her how the unit would be damaged on the rear of the unit facing the wall, she said she did not want to argue with me. She eventually hung up on me. I don't know when I will get hot water again, or when Pro Plumb will come out to fix the install.

I work with a lot of small businesses. Someone I work for just hired these guys to do some work on…read moretheir parking lot- a spot that is shared with a bank. For some reason they were unable to get the bank to make the much needed repairs, so the owner of the accompanied building had the parking lot upgraded after getting some small donations from the companies around him. I saw the workers- though to be honest I am only writing this review because the owner of the lot didn't have a yelp account and honestly hates yelp but I wanted to give them a "great job" on here.

He's a crook! He has…read morescammed so many people, and unfortunately we are one of the folks he stole money from. 15k to be exact... :( Matt started some projects in our barn for us, he was not very professional when we would speak. He often complained about his other clients and told me he didn't like the horse community. Which was very odd, I am literally a part of the horse community lol!??? He would always say "not you though, you're normal" I wanted to fire him but he already had deposit money from us so I had to try and work with this piece of trash .... He started becoming very flaky not finishing projects and leaving stuff half done. When I spoke up about it, to him he text my husband and quit ... what a tool. He said he would refund our money. It would take 30-60 days. So we waited... nothing. We reached out several times... nothing. My husband got his lawyer involved and that's when Matt said the money was on the way. We waited, and waited... Finally an envelopes arrived, we were SO relieved!!!..... BUT THERE WAS NO CHECK???? After this stunt he pulled he emailed us and said his business was closing and we wouldn't be receiving our refund. I'm so frustrated ... our barn projects are still unfinished and now I have no money to finish it until we can save up again. What a horrible human he is... Something else worth noting, He would often use the excuse that he didn't have a chance to respond because he was out of town... Sounds like he stole money from a lot of people to fund his traveling.

This is my second annual review of All Around Arbor Tree Care. Last year's review was 5 stars. This…read moreyear, the large tall, laurel hedge and extensive tree pruning job was even better than last year. I'd give the work 6 stars if that was an option. The crew was "Team 3" which did such great work. Less than one day to complete with attention to every detail and excellent clean up. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of pruning, trimming and tree shaping they performed. I wish I knew about this company years ago.

Great service. I had a large maple tree removed with stump grinding and removal of some roots…read morethat had taken over the yard around the tree. They also pruned the neighbors apple tree that was dropping a 5 gallon bucket daily of split apples in my yard. I have not had one apple end up in my yard since their great efforts. They also trimmed the canopy of a maple in my front yard that delivery trucks kept hitting. Everything was professional from the estimate to their workers arriving on time. I had another estimate that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper but decided these guys were going to use more modern methods of using a lift to get to the high branches. Their clean up job was complete I found a few leaves and small twigs in the yard but for taking an entire tree down they did an amazing job with the haul away and clean up. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if I have need of more tree work.
