I called a total of 15 septic service companies and I will tell you I wouldn't hire ANY of them except Sander's Septic! They were timely, they went over and above to work in the inclement conditions for a simple pump and then they added a filter cover and pump cover that we requested. Shaina, the all-around, amazing person/receptionist/office manager/scheduler you get when you call them (Also the wife of the owner I think). Super awesome, even left the pricing phone call with giving me advice on what to look out for when contacting other companies. They were helpful and customer service driven, they are accommodating to whatever you are asking for (even if it's not in their timelines or abilities), they will tell you if you should or shouldn't do whatever you are asking about and then give you pricing up front (flat rates), then knock out whatever work you give them. AMAZING PEOPLE, OUTSTANDING BUSINESS, We will not be going with anyone else and neither should you!! Call them for emergencies or the routine pumps and inspections.... You cannot go wrong with these folks for your septic tank needs!!!!

We felt that he was an honest guy who charged us a fair price. When you factor in equipment, disposal fees, and specialized labor, the $2000 price made sense. They installed a new line made out of PVC pipe. They also had to install another line going out from the d-box. They cleaned out another line going out of the d-box as well. There was more, but I can't remember everything that was done. We called Hero Septic just in time. Our tank was completely backed up. It took them 5 or 6 hours to do the work. The money spent was well worth it. The crew put back the fence that they took down to get their equipment through.

I paid $3800 for a pump replacement that should've been $1800 after further investigation so after going through all of this, I went on a search for an honest septic service company and I'm so happy that I found ATY septic service. There were no gimmicks. The guy gave me a honest quote and even cleared out some trees. Though our working relationship began with clear communication and quick turnaround, by the time the work was finished and issues began to arise, communication halted on their end. 8 months ago, I had them install a sewer pump and connect my house to the city's sewer line. There were some initial issues with the pump, but after a couple weeks of persistence on my end, they finally came out to fix the issues that they were able to (though, they didn't move the pump to where it was planned to be, but I had to let that go). A couple months later, the city's inspector told me that the sewer lines they used were not to code (2in sewer main instead of MINIMUM required 3in). I tried to get in contact with Hope for several days with no response, until my attorney sent her a letter. At that point, she was immediately able to bring the pipes up to code at no additional charge. Now, 8 months after the initial installation, my pump that they installed which services my whole house and is supposed to have a 7-10 year lifespan is not running at all. My calls are going to voicemail and my texts are going unanswered, much like they did when I tried to contact about previous issues. I'm dealing with a total plumbing failure that's impacting my entire house, and I'm being ghosted. In fact, I see that Hope responded to several google reviews 6 hours ago today despite not answering my texts or calls. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you expect timely communication and lasting workmanship.

She was always kind, calm, and competent and I recommend her without reservation. Her prices are very fair and we'll have her back for routine maintenance to ensure that these pumps hold up.

With water spraying into the closet, we quickly called around looking for a 24-hour plumber with decent ratings. Several of the more recognizable names in the area were not 24-hour, but Atlantis dispatched Tony S. with a 40-minute arrival time. Tony arrived, quickly assessed the situation and got the water shut off. Then, he went to work to replace the section of pipe. Suspecting a pressure problem, he ran those checks as well, ultimately finding the burst section of pipe was old and had weak or damage spots and the pressure was fine. He did point out some changes we might consider (previous owner had self-installed this water heater), but there was no high-pressure or dire warnings just to secure more work. Now, it was an emergency fix in the middle of the night, so I won't say it was cheap, but not sure what plumbing service is these days - we recently had other plumbing work done by another company & our jaw dropped at that bill. Tony was fast, friendly and got us back in business. We may have a new go-to plumber.
