I may have over-reacted in my previous review. After talking with them some more, they pretty much got things straightened out for me. They definitely got me lower rates than I had previously and it was the Allstate inspection which was so troubling to me. I'll start by saying I received a flyer in the mail with a quote for insurance meeting insurance I gave him a chance called the number on the letter left a message no response. Called and left a second message no response. On the third phone call I was routed to an agent named Priscilla she sent me a quote and when I'm reading the quote there was an option to request a phone call or an email option I clicked request a phone call no response never heard from her. Call the office left a voice message saying that I would like to move forward with purchasing the insurance no response. I sent her an email stating the same thing would like to proceed further with purchasing the insurance now this would have been for my home and my auto obviously they did not want my business still to this moment have not received a response from this company. I'm not going to beg for somebody to take my business so I have chosen to go elsewhere but it's a pity don't bother to waste your time here read more

Beware of fraudulent practices!! I had a very bad experience with an agent named Joshua Hernandez. He decided to add false information to my homeowners' policy without my consent to gain my business. Yesterday Dec 13, 2021, I called Allstate (Luis Hernandez office in spring TX). Agent Joshua Hernandez provided me with a Homeowners and car bundle and a very competitive rate. I decided to purchase the policy. During our conversation, we discussed some details about my house, I let him know that I have 2 kids and that I also have a trampoline in our backyard, then, he proceeded to send me an email to sign the electronic contract. Upon checking the contract, I notice that the policy said we have NO children (but we have 2). The agent also falsely reported that we replaced the roof in 2015, that we were living in the house for 5 years (we have lived here only 2 years). He also falsely reported that we have deadbolts in all the doors, smoke detectors, etc... There was a lot of false information on the contract he sent me to sign (please see attached pictures). This is a legal document, and signing it implies that I can be committing fraud as well. In the event something happens with my kids, the roof, etc, the insurance would not cover the damages because the information provided was false from the beginning. When I notice the errors in the policy, I emailed him, called customer service, and request a supervisor's call. Today I called him and told him about the error, he said: "that information it's just technicalities and doesn't make any difference". I can't believe he dares to say that adding a bunch of lies and false information on a policy is just a technicality when he knows that lying on a policy is a crime and it can get me in big legal trouble. I told him I wanted to cancel both policies and he gave me a very rude attitude, said he would cancel them, and hung up the call, I had to call back to confirm the cancelation. I would NOT recommend this office for Insurance of ANY kind. It is more the kind of office that likes to take your money, and run! I recently had contact there with "Victoria". Horrible agent. I explained why I needed her help, and she said she would call the home office, and call me right back. NEVER got the call. Next day, still no call. Obviously, really didn't care about people. A 2 min phone call even to say she didn't have an answer, yet, was too much for her. I called the office back, and got "Christina". A far BETTER agent! She did resolve my problem, but kept giving reasons and excuses. I also called and left a message to have Luis Hernandez call me on the terrible customer service I get. Christina told me he was far too busy (I submit, for the likes of me)! Who is not busy??? Are we professional or not?? What a horrible statement to make to a customer! I ran a department for a Fortune 500 company, with a much bigger office than this place will ever be. I had a reputation of keeping great communication. A 2 min phone call, I was NEVER too busy for! It is called time management, great organization skills, professionalism, and giving a damn. I used to have the Pentagon call my Director, and specifically ask for me to handle things, because they knew I would provide the best customer service! If Luis Hernandez called, he sure didn't leave a message!! Obviously, doesn't give a damn, just will take your money. Due to this recent experience, and the lack of good customer care, prompted me to write this review. You reap what you sow. Highly recommend NOT this office for your insurance needs. read more

Unfortunately I got involved with this individual, when shopping for home insurance, and lured me into buying a bundle home car insurance. 9 months later I received a letter from him stating "recent information indicates that (my 19 year old sons name) resides in your household, is of driving age, and might not have proper coverage under your policy" and informed me that in 30 days they will automatically add my son to my policy. Yes my son has a driver's learner permit not a driver's license, he does not drive my car or my wife's car so I see no reason why they would increase my insurance premium. When I contact this "agent" he never picks up the phone, he has his receptionist and then he transfers you with their admins. One of their admins and the receptionist threaten us that there is no turning back on this increase, that by Texas Law they have to add my son to my policy, which was not true, I contacted the Texas Insurance Commission, and the DPS, and both agencies said that there is no such law, there is just a requirement of certain insurance agencies, as usual its is so sad to winch extend this "agents" go to sell more policies I don't believe Allstate practices are this shady, but Luis Hernandez and their pack definitely yes. I regret ever coming across this individual. read more
