Everyone loves to talk about the sports that are on the TV (there are quite a few TVs at Smarty's!), as well as discuss the area happenings. For the trip to this bar there were six of us. We waited around a bit to get served by the one bartender working after she was done socializing. The drinks were priced well, the bar was relatively clean and open to walk around, there is parking behind the bar. The bathrooms however were not kept up well, there was a strong smell of urine and vomit and it was 7pm on a Friday night. The crowd was mainly locals or folks living around the area. There was a pool table, some TVs and music playing. The bartender took a break leaving the bar empty and waiting for refills, us included. It has an extremely local crowd on most nights, and while it isn't a dive bar because the furniture is nice, it walks that line. At the same time, it's become kind of an oasis for a younger crowd as well as they're looking to escape from the same old bars. It has a nice juke box, pool table and dart boards while offering up a good variety of beer and drinks. It's off the beaten path, but definitely one my favorites in town.

My beer was as good as it gets. It was bud light. I had the free pop corn that Rocky's offers all of its customers. The popcorn machine smells like old stale oil and old stale corn, and is caked with a disgusting layer of crud, but still makes delicious popcorn anyway.
