    Scotch egg

A butcher shop located in the heart of Vancouver. Thinking of getting good quality meat, dry aged meat, weird way of meat? Love elisa? You should come here as many of the steak ingredients and meat from Elisa came from here. There are plenty of ready sauces to get from here too. A lot of salad to choose from, ready sandwich, and pies. So definitely come check it out! You would love this place! I got the banana cream pie and scotch egg and they were both awesome especially the banana cream pie! Totally recommended! Cheers!

Meat quality is nice but the staff is rude/pretentious, being in Yaletown doesn't mean bad customer service is tolerated.

A real gem of a spot! We love this meat market and whenever we want fish, we head here and get…read moretheir tandoori salmon! It's cheap and so incredibly tasty wow! I also am a huge fan of their chicken with all the different sauces to choose from. I've tried so many types and the wings and they've all been outstanding! We also enjoy their soy wings as my husband is vegetarian and these are our fave wings we've found by far - the chew is perfect and the marinade they do is even better! The value is excellent and the service is always fast! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for pre marinated chicken and soy.

The guys here are friendly, efficient, and respond well if you have requests. The space is small so if it's busy just remember to keep your place in line so you can give them your order. They weigh in front of you and let you know how many pieces you're getting for however many pounds you specified. Just a note for people who aren't sure about quantity, 1 pound usually equates to about 4 pieces of leg and thigh combined. Half pound is about 2 pieces so you can use that as a gauge. Good service, good prices, and flavourful meats. I've also purchased goat meat here for my dad when I visit him too. I believe they have an option that is slightly less fatty than the other so ask if that's what you want.

Hands down highest quality, best-tasting meat and charcuterie you can find in Vancouver. We moved…read morehere a year ago from California where the bar is set pretty high when it comes to pasture-raised meat. We nearly cried when we left our local farmers market and all the ranchers and amazing stands we used to frequent on a weekly basis. Finding Pasture To Plate was a godsend! We cook A LOT and care about where our food comes from. When I saw that P2P makes their own biodynamic fertilizer (biodynamic exceeds organic) to grow the grass that their animals feed on, I was over the moon. You can taste the quality and nutrition in the meat. We are into nose to tail eating, and P2P makes that easy for us. The staff is very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. They always offer delicious samples of their charcuterie, cheeses, and other fun stuff like fire cider and fruit gelatin squares. Their wool blankets, socks, assortment of fancy mustard and olive oil make for great gifts, and we always bring company visiting from out of town to their restaurant on Denman Street. If you care about where your meat comes from, don't be fooled by places that simply claim "all-natural" or "non-medicated". These places typically rely on grain to fatten their cattle, using the same farming practices as large industrial farmers. It changes the fatty-acid profile of the meat and you end up with a much less healthy animal. Good meat costs more, but you either pay the rancher now or the doctor later!

It's meat is produced with extreme care which reflects a sensitivity not found with industrial agriculture. It is truly a wonderful alternative to traditional meat processing products and is definitely a preferred choice of discriminating clientele. Enjoy the superior offerings of this unique provider.

When searching for high quality in meats, many know about this place... except it seems like me,…read moreuntil just recently. So not wanting to go off to Coquitlam, when I usually go to the big box Korean supermarkets to get good slabs of pork I decided to use the good ol' trusty Yelp app, and somehow this one popped up, also it popped up on the famous google, and many people raved about this place. I knew where this place was, but would not think a second to come here, well that changed in a heart beat after stepping into the joint, the meats are all put out, nice, frozen, well cut, well displayed, and if you want that right thick cut of pork belly (sorry... this isn't for a Chinese cooking thing) and you know you need that Korean cut (you know what I'm talking about) this is the place you come. The sign on the outside made me feel I was back in the pandemic period, but it is understandable as the place (for customer's) is small, so if you are going in, you must make sure that the people in the store are already paying, or you must stand outside. On a few occasions we have had to wait while others were getting their goods, and we have bought their nicely cut (skin off) pork belly, and thinly cut slices of beef for hot pot. The plaza usually has parking as they have a few spots marked for this store. The prices are reasonable, and the meat quality is great, so now this has become my go-to place for meats when I need that right cut.
