When I entered I was warmly greeted by a lady and gentleman working there who quickly presented me with several varieties of an item I wished to see. There was no pressure sales but showing me all the options and answering any questions I had. After selecting one I liked I started towards the register and many other, well placed for spontaneous sale, items caught my eye which I then added a few to my growing pile of gifts. They have some really neat things for travel and being one that loves to travel I'll for sure be back here again. Added now was another large bag to those I was already toting around and leaving I wondered if I really should have bought something with wheels to tote all this and more back to the car on the other side of the mall parked what seemed like miles away because of the crowds. As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. Now this does cost more than a Uber or Lyft, but factoring in time and not having to search for your driver, the extra cost can be justified.
