Strolling through the mall joining the rest of the world Christmas shopping the window display of…read morethis small shop caught my attention. I wasn't in need of luggage for me or anyone on my list so thank goodness their display showed some other clever and neat travel items they offered. When I entered I was warmly greeted by a lady and gentleman working there who quickly presented me with several varieties of an item I wished to see. There was no pressure sales but showing me all the options and answering any questions I had. After selecting one I liked I started towards the register and many other, well placed for spontaneous sale, items caught my eye which I then added a few to my growing pile of gifts. They have some really neat things for travel and being one that loves to travel I'll for sure be back here again. Added now was another large bag to those I was already toting around and leaving I wondered if I really should have bought something with wheels to tote all this and more back to the car on the other side of the mall parked what seemed like miles away because of the crowds. Great little shop and I would recommend you swing in and check it out.

I would give Panama Jack no stars if I could!!…read more This company's customer service is deplorable! I, myself, and my friends have recently called trying to place on order for a visor. We have had a few in mind, but can't seem to get one because their prices for shipping are robbery! First, let's start with the $5 sale visor. That is $5 shipping. And the $12 regular price visor is also $5 shipping. Seriously?!? I have gotten free shipping on an $11 order before, so my friends called and tried to do the same. Well, when one of my friends called me back and told about the customer service lady who said, " Well, I'm sorry for you and that's your choice," after she said she would be placing and or because or the shipping prices. I knew it was Beth!! Beth is soo rude and condescending. There is no place for this in a retail/online business!! Needless to say I will not be purchasing the visor I really love, and wanted so much for the summer! I recommend you take your business elsewhere!!

Wrote the company how frustrated I was and the only way to amend this was to send me another at no charge. Figured they would not respond. Well, in a way, they didn't. Very well done, my faith in good businesses has been exceeded. Thank you for your professional attitude.

As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. On the way back from our cruise, same interaction just another professional well mannered driver. Both vehicles that I rode in were extremely clean. Now this does cost more than a Uber or Lyft, but factoring in time and not having to search for your driver, the extra cost can be justified. I will be using them again the next time I am in Florida.
