Since this store is in Disney Springs some of the clothes can get kind of expensive. I've been to other Zara stores in the U.S. and abroad and the prices greatly vary. They do have some good sales and that's the best time to take advantage if you want to add to your wardrobe.

The male told me no worries that he'd stay there and watch it but when I came out he was not there because he was helping another customer. Instead of having customers leave their bags in an open environment why don't you have the system of counting the number of pieces they take into the fitting room. I mean I had a big purse with me too. So what's the difference in me taking in my shopping bag versus a large purse!? And all I had was 1 pair of shorts! If people are going to steal, they'd stuff the items anywhere to conceal them. Doesn't matter if you have a shopping bag, purse, etc.

His name was Dexter, and he seemed to care, seemed to truly enjoy helping me, always used mine and my husbands name when talking to us, and I truly enjoyed the whole experience and walked out with a beautiful outfit for my event. I cannot recommend him enough, he is an asset to the store, and I will go back any time I need anything and ask for him, and encourage anyone else to do the same.

This app is always super friendly and the store is very clean so it's easy enough to shop around. I just don't feel like it has the deals that you're going to find an outlet store for other chain brands. If you go to your regular Loft at any mall or strip mall location you'll have a clearance area or sale area that has some pretty good pricing. I feel like this store is offering up just a larger version of the clearance area that you find in the regular location. A lot of the items are regular price with 40% off sign, which happens a lot of times in the stores around seasonal times. Every now and then I do happen in when they're doing an additional sale on top of the sale which is really nice so the prices do become good so if you hit him during that you'll probably get a deal. I do have to say though it is five stars for the staff because they are always super friendly and helpful. They always stop by and make sure that you don't need any help or if you do they're happy to pitch in. I've never had a problem with any of the staff on site and I think that they deserve a little bit of a call out. Overall: B- They may not offer the deals you expect to see for an outlet location, however if you really love this brand it's a great store to stop and because it's clean, well-kept and has my staff.

I live a half an hour away from this location. About 2 weeks ago I bought some outfits for my baby…read more. Unfortunately when I got home I noticed there was a security tag on one of the shorts. Annoying but no big deal I was heading back that way the next weekend anyways. I take the outfit back in with the OG bag and receipt and explain what happened. They came off as incredibly suspicious of me even with the receipt but finally fixed it. While there I decided to grab a few things for myself. Also beware that they do not update sale signs in a timely fashion so I had quite a few items that were more than advertised. I asked the cashier to double check if all the security tags were removed and she just said it's fine and gave me my bag. Just went to use one of the shorts and lo and behold: a security tag. Both times this happened the door security did not go off. If you're going to put a security tag on every single item then you need to have staff trained to actually check and not treat you like a criminal when you have to go out of your way to fix their mistakes. Will not be back here again!
