She will look at your natural lashes and give you advice in what type of lashes will look best for you; she also listens to your request and incorporate it throughout the process. She gave me partial hybrid - which it looks amazing the way she places them on your lashes!!!! Basically if you are familiar with false lashes, Susana gave me the red cherry wispy lashes for my extension, except they look as if they are my real lashes - Very Pretty!!! I have slept on it overnight and it's super comfortable, unlike other extensions that I had done in the past, Susana nailed it! She makes sure each lash of the extension is not placed too close to the eyelid or touching the eyelid - she applies each lash precisely onto your own natural lash without being too close or touching the eyelid; that's what made it so comfortable for me. With the extension she designs for me, I feel glam & girly even without any makeup on. Susana is talented, she will make you look pretty! The boutique itself is chic, polished, super clean and very relaxing. Super hygiene throughout the whole process. She gave me a care bag to take home with, and explains how to clean and take care of my lashes before I leave the boutique. Parking is easy, her price is very reasonable!!!!! The nail tech was not friendly. She did ok with a white gel acrilic manicure, but it is white polish and she did it really thick - thicker than necessary in my opinion. It turned out fine. She did a diamond design and when I asked her to add one more diamond where there was a gap she didn't seem too happy. I was disappointed in the hand massage. It was literally 5-10 seconds per hand. That is the part of the manicure I look forward to, so that was a let down. It would've been better if they had skipped it all together. I might try this place out again because it isn't too far from my house. But if I have a similar mediocre experience again I will probably just go to my old salon in Holbrook.

Like the reviews said, which is why I came, it was quick, not totally painless cause it is my first time, but she did a fantastic job. She used to be at quincy center, at the back of the skincare studio, but have moved to Braintree on the 2nd floor in the 1604 Salon & Spa. Just take the stairs right when you walk in to the left. Very comfortable room where they do the waxing- very clean. You can actually pay in card and tip as well which is very very convenient for me! Unfortunately, Braintree was a bit hard to for me to get to, but if you have a car or live in Braintree it's quite easy to get around. There's always some sort of parking behind the house.
