When I called to speak with the so called pharmacist about the status of the prescription, all I got was an attitude and "do not be rude to me". Really??? If this person had said this anywhere else, they would be terminated immediately. Perhaps I should go in and buy the place and let them all go.

She is so kind and very smart. That being said, the other pharmacy staff can be touch and go. It seems to be a lot better than previously. I'm mad at myself for forgetting her name- it's either Judy or Jody- and I've always thought we were so lucky to have her as our local pharmacist. The other pharmacist isn't necessary "not nice", he's very good at his job but his bedside manner isn't as warm and fuzzy. Not to say he's rude because that's not it at all. We are so fortunate to have this staff in town and I genuinely hope they stay!

Refills are never ready when they should be…read more Instead of using a modern database, refills are hand written on post it notes (that get neglected for days). The pharmacy is completely closed every day from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch break. I work with the public myself, and we use staggered lunch breaks. We would never think of closing down completely in the middle of the day.

But today was special as I found out how they treat their customers. When they can't completely fill your prescription, they charge you a copay for half. Fine. But when you come for the rest of your prescription a few weeks later, they charge you another copay. That's called gouging and this pharmacy and the owner should be ashamed of themselves. I'm glad I'm not a senior (yet)! The place is filthy with grime and stains around the door handles. Parking is also a nightmare. Just an overall dump and Ill be moving all our prescriptions as soon as possible.
