She is so kind and very smart. That being said, the other pharmacy staff can be touch and go. It seems to be a lot better than previously. I'm mad at myself for forgetting her name- it's either Judy or Jody- and I've always thought we were so lucky to have her as our local pharmacist. The other pharmacist isn't necessary "not nice", he's very good at his job but his bedside manner isn't as warm and fuzzy. Not to say he's rude because that's not it at all. But today was special as I found out how they treat their customers. When they can't completely fill your prescription, they charge you a copay for half. Fine. But when you come for the rest of your prescription a few weeks later, they charge you another copay. That's called gouging and this pharmacy and the owner should be ashamed of themselves. I'm glad I'm not a senior (yet)! The place is filthy with grime and stains around the door handles. Parking is also a nightmare. Just an overall dump and Ill be moving all our prescriptions as soon as possible.
