Great job, timely manner. Not inexpensive but if you don't want to take a chance with a article of clothing, go with this place

I go to Lana for all my tailoring. She is so nice and her work is very detailed and precise. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my tailoring.

Natali's Custom Tailoring & Alterations - Wedding dress

    Natali's Custom Tailoring & Alterations

I was having major dress regret, which is why I came to Juliya's Customs to get it altered. Natalia…read moremade me feel so beautiful and cared for! Just after pinning it up, she made me feel so much more confident in my dress and myself! She was able to tuck in the waist, hem the dress, fitted my cap sleeves, added a deep V and added a bustle. She was able to do all this for a great price and in such a short amount of time. She was a 35 min drive from my place, but she is 110% worth the drive!!

Overall very uncomfortable experience and I will never go back. I told my bridal shop to stop…read morerecommending her as a seamstress. I made this appointment almost a month ago and told her that my wedding is early June. She did not mention that this would not be enough time to alter my dress when I initially booked the appointment over the phone. She didn't ask any follow-up questions and just booked me. Fast forward to today, I go in and arrive 15 minutes early to be courteous and punctual. I awkwardly stand there for 5 minutes without any acknowledgment, and then a women (I'm assuming is her) comes over and takes my dress. When she is going to hang it up, I asked her if it was okay that I brought a second dress (my rehearsal dinner dress) but before I could even finish she harshly cuts me off and told me "you need sit down, I have another client". I was very taken aback but how rude she was and it honestly caught me off guard. It was so bad I almost debated just taking my dress back and leaving but because I had waited a month for this appointment and my wedding was in a month, I figured I might as well see it through. Huge mistake. I change into my dress and describe to her the alternations I was looking for, which is to shorten it a little and also remove the breast cups. I did not think it was a significant amount of alternations but she seemed to think so. She then proceeded to tell me that she "may" be able to do it, but then looked at her calendar and said that she couldn't guarantee it. I honestly was so confused because she knew my wedding date when she booked this consultation appointment. If it wasn't something that could be done I feel she should've just told me up front rather than let me wait until the appointment. At that point I didn't even put up a fight as in the back of my mind, I knew I wouldn't have been comfortable with her altering my dresses anyways. She gave off the impression that if anything needed tweaking or wasn't to your satisfaction you would be SOL. All in all, a huge waste of my time. It would've been less of a bad experience if she wasn't so rude upfront. I'm starting to think her 5-star google reviews are faked, as at least on Yelp there are a few honest reviews that mention her bad attitude to her clients so it seems to be a common theme. I have no doubt she would've done a good job at the alternations, but that trust was gone.

Dalinda's - Luda went above and beyond covering my gown in 400 individual sequins! I sparkled all night!

Luda is friendly and warm, and the fitting experience itself was quite pleasant. However, left to leave a cautioning review based on final product and experience. At my final fitting (-1 month to wedding day) I expressed very clear concern about the fit of the bust area of my dress. I felt that the dress wasn't tight enough, and even standing in the fitting room I was having to pull it up again and again. Luda dismissed my concerns and said "nothing could be done". Low and behold, my dress was falling down SO much during my wedding day making the dress hugely uncomfortable and impractical (I kept stepping on the fabric because of the excess length. Additionally, Luda did my bustle and it did not last more than 30 minutes into the night. The bustle broke at 2 of the 3 hem/button points, and also pulled off 2 of my dress' buttons with it - making a much larger issue. The price was EXTREMELY high for the quality of work (or lack thereof). I was priced $1100 cash as a blanket cost (dress was satin material with no embellishment). Would suggest going elsewhere for better quality and better price.

I walked into the shop, dress and heels in hand. The two women sitting at their working station just looked at me. Um... hello? Finally one gets up (obviously annoyed) and comes to the counter asking what do I need. Simple. I want my dress hemmed and taken in. What do you charge? I had safety pins in place of where I wanted it cut and taken in. I brought my heels just in case she wanted me to try on the dress to see exactly how much she had to cut (which I assume all seamstresses do). She said "well, I don't know how much I need to cut so it could be 50-60. And 60 to hem". Girl bye. You can't give a quote without knowing exactly what you're doing. And you don't even know how soon I need it. She obviously didn't want to be bothered so I just left. And now I know where not to go.

I bought a wedding dress, which was a simple…read moredesign but had a massive train, which I didn't feel particularly comfortable wearing for my relatively casual wedding that didn't have a ceremony. When I was buying the dress, I was told that it would be impossible to remove the train while maintaining the shape of the dress, so I had resigned myself to needing to add a bustle and would just wear it bustled the whole time. When I told Marya what I hoped for, she didn't blink an eye before saying she could remove the train and keep it even all the way around. When she showed me the dress to approve at my second appointment, I was truly speechless. It looked like it was designed that way and looked even better than I could have imagined. So already, she was a true wizard to me, but I ended up using her again to add a lining to another dress I bought for the courthouse, which I loved but had an inner bodysuit that was totally visible through the white fabric. She took out the bodysuit and added a lining so it was not only beautiful, but also way more comfortable to wear. She is an absolute magician, so professional and so incredibly talented. And reasonably priced for the highest quality. What more could you ask for?
