I went inside and it was decently busy, so I expected to wait a little bit not thinking too much into it, I walked in and waited in line and the guy (with pink hair) took my order and after I payed I sat down to wait. Minutes later I started to realize that multiple people were waiting for little things like pastry's and cake pops while holding their coffees, and even going back in the line to remind the guy of their order. I received my coffee almost immediately because it was an online order so I expected the cake pops might take a minute or two longer, but tell me why I waited 10-15 minutes for CAKE POPS... CAKE POPS... the little desserts that are already made and just need to be put in a bag. Safe to say I ended up going back in line to ask about my cake pops I ordered after about 10 minutes. The guy greets me and I say " hey I had 2 cake pops with my order" just thinking they forgot and got overwhelmed a little bit, and he proceeds to interrupt me and say "yeah I was on call with the drive through and was switching back and forth" mind you he was in fact not doing that because I was watching him the whole time. Granted that is not an excuse, just grab the cake pops and hand them out... literally takes 2 seconds. He was very passive aggressive like I was being rude to him but I honestly thought he forgot so I just wanted to remind him. Overall it was clear that he can't do two things at once and multiple people were slowly getting agitated because of him. Let me just say that I'm paying you for the coffee and desserts, not your attitude.
