Their coffee is also phenomenal. I believe they use topeca beans and they have really good seasonal options. There are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your food items. We decided to try one of a few things to sample. We went later in the day and the cupboard was almost bare! You gotta get there earlier for the best selection. I asked Mrs. Alora what the bestselling item is and she said it is the strawberry cheesecake donut. So....we ordered one of those, an apple fritter, premium jalepeno cheddar sausage and boudin klobasneks. The sausage and boudin items are always a standout and these did not disappoint. The sausage had a good amount of spice and both items are lovely with a little mustard. I also asked if there are items that a lot of people won't try. Mrs. Alora mentioned something about a donut sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese being sold in the past. Hmmmmm....I think she should bring that item back! We decided to try the strawberry cheesecake donut. It lived up to the hype! I like how the cake of the donut blended so well with the cream cheesy part of the donut that you could not tell where the cake ended and the topping began. SOOOOOOO SOFT AND TENDER! Pretty sure it's a husband and wife duo with no staff so be patient. The donuts were incredibly airy and soft. They tasted fresh and were really good. Highly recommend the cinnamon roll, gonna get it again next time I go for sure.
