Visited this place from out of town today. Super friendly people. Great coffee. I had a nice quiet space to set up my laptop and get some work done while I waited on an event later in the day. Bathrooms were very clean and they were very gracious to let me change clothes there. Some locals came and went. Some were playing games and enjoying coffee. Others were enjoying a glass of wine on the patio. Great atmosphere and overall great vibe. I would highly recommend anyone. read more

I love this place! my fiancé took me here one evening cause he knows I like coffee shops and cute little off the wall the places like this. Selection of drinks and adult beverages was good and they do karaoke nights I have not been on one of those nights but looking forward to it. Service was great and the girl was patient with me on choosing what I wanted they were quick with drink preparation and they helped navigate the menu being the first time I had been there I will go back I love that they have doors to open up when it gets a little cooler I look forward to going this fall with my husband just sitting outside talking and people watching. read more

We stopped into town for a mid-day coffee stop on the road and I was so happy to find this place! Very awesome atmosphere inside - cool decor and looks like they have a good setup for live music! The barista was super nice and the drinks were SO GOOD! I'm a sucker for housemade syrups and had to try the mission fig and blueberry lavender - both were very yummy and not too sweet/overbearing! I will definitely be back here the next time I'm in town and highly recommend this for a nice coffee stop! read more

I ended up here near closing time and that's what was sad. I was here for an event and barely noticed the shop on my way in, but was there on my way out. It's a coffee house but Prairie's tap room is co-located here which is why I ended up here. I try not to get into specific beers too much, but I did enjoy the ones they had pouring. I was definitely not a local, but service was great. I was there near closing time but in no way did I feel rushed. I did end up striking up a conversation with some folks quite easily. I wish that I could have come in earlier just to be able to check it out and chill out more. Hopefully, I'll be able to soon when I come back to visit. read more

This place is awesome. They have coffee in the morning and Prairie 345 where the Prairie Artesian Ales are sold. Coffee and beer is a dynamite combine. Next, they make their own syrups. Today they had vanilla bean, honey & thyme, and mint. They were out of lavender. I saw lemonade on the menu and they were out, but they made fresh squeezed lemonade for me with mint syrup. OMG! They need to put this on the menu! I loved it. They had some nice looking and decadent pastries, including a scone, but I was going to lunch and decided to save my calories. This was a nice surprise! Draft beer and coffee in the same area. They have a modest coffee menu with the essentials, coffee and non-coffee. Their syrups are homemade in house. I ordered the latte and it was great. My hubby ordered an Americano and said it was good. Their coffee is also used in some of the beer. There are several tables within. Nice comfy clean environment within. They have shelving in the very back with a modest collection of games. We went after 2pm and it was not busy. They do not have food there, but that is fine because they encourage you to bring in their own. If I am in McAlester again I will definately be back. read more

Great coffee but idk why everyone has to close on Sunday. Downtown is dead and depressing on Sunday.

Staff is friendly and constantly have a good rotation of beers on tap. I prefer the sours so always hope they are on tap. I haven't tried the coffee but if it's anything like the beer and service, I'm sure it will be great. read more

This is the best coffee spot in McAlester, no doubt. Such a great atmosphere and always feel welcomed when arriving. Whitney is the expert in all things coffee and beer, and makes the absolute best lattes around. They have daily pastries from Le Salt (also amazing located down the road) and they are always so good and fresh. On Fridays they also have breakfast burritos which are a must! read more

Pretty typical small coffee shop, the hot lattes are great because the espresso is delicious! The iced pumpkin chai is okay (I'm kinda picky about chai). Keep in mind that service is going to be slower than a chain -- when I went in only one person was on shift and the espresso is pulled one shot at a time. If you're looking for a nice coffee shop to sit down and get some work done this place is a good choice! read more

Having been away from McAlester for a few years now, I'm sincerely blown away that a coffee shop of this caliber is in town now! I mean, this place is AMAZING! Not only is it one of the best pour over coffees I have had, but I also tried a short pour of the Phantasmagoria Double IPA and it was exquisite as well. Couple that with some mad vibes and pretty friendly barista and this place is a major win in my book! This place is kind of hidden and off the beaten track. From what I have seen, this is what I would call a hole-in-the-wall joint. What I mean by that is that is what the décor feels like. The shell of the place has been for the most part left alone. The building being a very old building still has the pressed aluminum ceiling tiles, many in not so great of condition, the same goes for the concrete slab walls. The newly added fixtures looks somewhat out of place and add to the industrial feel of the interior. Cozy is not a word that could be used to describe the atmosphere of this place. The only person we have seen working there is the manager, who is very pleasant, courteous and always seems to be happy in what she is doing. Then there is the coffee... there may not be much in the way of competition in McAlester for coffee joints, but I would have to say after trying coffee places all over the state and Spaceship Earths coffee, their regular coffee is better than any of the others. As for the few of their higher end coffee creations I have tried, they have been great. Spaceship Earth may just have the best coffee in Oklahoma. So for service, value and quality, this is the place to go, not just in McAlester, but in the whole state... for coffee drinks. read more

The coffee is well roasted, the syrups are house made and the interior is lovely. Every cup has been an absolute joy, as quality is clearly a priority. The shop is decades ahead of its local peers, but has still managed to maintain its small town hospitality. I would go every morning if I could! read more
