Our group enjoyed the white bean chicken Chile, the tomato bisque soup. The soups are served with their homemade "fiery crackers". No worries, not mouth burning fiery, just the right amount of fiery. Sandwiches that we thoroughly enjoyed was The Blue Moon, The Tear it up Trav, the Auld Smiles - loved the names of the sandwiches almost as much as the sandwiches. The selection of desserts ... I think this is a great lunch spot! It's tucked away perfectly in the center of the city. I actually walked pasted it at first. But when I got in I felt a sense of welcoming there. I'm so glad that I did because I had one of the best salads I've had in a long time. I got the prescription which was kind of a mix of Asian salad but with feta and apples. My friend found this restaurant while we were on a road trip to Arkansas. It is about 3 miles off the main highway but well worth the little detour. I had the tomato soup bread bowl and carrot cake. Both are delicious homemade items. The soup is a simple creamy tomato with grated Parmesan cheese served in a fresh bread roll hollowed out, of course. Tasty and filling and I knew I had to try a dessert to go. The lady suggested carrot cake and told me they sell a lot of it. I can see why it is sweet and loaded with nuts and fruit and a very generous portion too. There will be no dieting here but you only live once. My friend had a roast beef, Parmesan cheese and sun dried tomato panini. Excellent flavor complemented with a pepper sauce. Don't have time to stop? MAKE time! This was a delicious and HAPPY spot! My family of four stopped in on our way to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Lucy's had something to please mom, dad, a 13-year-old, and a 16-year-old: Champagne Chicken Salad, The Beast Sandwich (Roast beef, roasted red peppers, and other yumminess), MiMi Sandwich (chicken breast on a pretzel bun and other trimmings), and a BLT. Who knew a BLT could be life-changing?! Might've been the sundried tomato bread! The roasted edamame salad and Texas caviar sides did not disappoint! Get it to-go if you must, but don't leave without their ridiculously amazing Carrot Cake or Cherry Cobbler! My kids are still talking about how friendly everyone was. After only 45 minutes, we felt we'd always known each other. We shared with Natalie that my son commented he wanted another MiMi sandwich for his dessert, and then she went and made him one to-go!
