While the meat and cheese looked delightful as ever, my happy memory was tainted by the man working behind the deli counter who, the entire 20 minutes or so that I was browsing, talked loudly, crassly, and nonstop, using the F word among other swear words. I am free with cuss words myself, but never in a customer-service role and this guy was over the top. It was as though he was performing the role of asshole. I felt sorry for his coworker. Her day must be long indeed.

I got a chopped beef sandwich, which used to be filled to bursting with meat. Now, it had less meat than a White Castle slider. It looked like someone thought it was a condiment when they applied it. I also had the buffalo chicken fries. These were still pretty good. I can tell that the chicken is cheaper and the cheese is lower quality, but I don't feel cheated like with the sandwich. If this trend continues, I see them out of business before too much longer. You can't charge premium prices for dollar store food. At this time, I would avoid eating here. The convenience store and gas station I don't have anything to say about, as I have not been in there for a while. The food I got today was delivered.
