Stopped in for a quick to go order. The staff were friendly and the coffee was hot and delicious. Simple black coffee.

Okay so starbucks is a very clean and nice place but the service is definitely iffy... it all depends on who's working... like seriously I went to Starbucks to pickup my mobile order and then I realized I needed to add a cake pop to the order so I just decided to go inside and pay separately for cake pops. I went inside and it was decently busy, so I expected to wait a little bit not thinking too much into it, I walked in and waited in line and the guy (with pink hair) took my order and after I payed I sat down to wait. Minutes later I started to realize that multiple people were waiting for little things like pastry's and cake pops while holding their coffees, and even going back in the line to remind the guy of their order. I received my coffee almost immediately because it was an online order so I expected the cake pops might take a minute or two longer, but tell me why I waited 10-15 minutes for CAKE POPS... CAKE POPS... the little desserts that are already made and just need to be put in a bag. Safe to say I ended up going back in line to ask about my cake pops I ordered after about 10 minutes. The guy greets me and I say " hey I had 2 cake pops with my order" just thinking they forgot and got overwhelmed a little bit, and he proceeds to interrupt me and say "yeah I was on call with the drive through and was switching back and forth" mind you he was in fact not doing that because I was watching him the whole time. Granted that is not an excuse, just grab the cake pops and hand them out... literally takes 2 seconds. He was very passive aggressive like I was being rude to him but I honestly thought he forgot so I just wanted to remind him. Overall it was clear that he can't do two things at once and multiple people were slowly getting agitated because of him. I'll try to be fair here- There were three girls working the entire store who were maybe 18 years old max. Two of them looked like they were working quite hard (the drive thru was busy) but inside it was just my boyfriend and I. The "new" girl who took our order had a terrible attitude. I'm 7 months pregnant, so I asked how much caffeine was in a specific drink, and she replies "idk it's my first month" in a very "I don't give af" kind of way. I work in customer service for a living- I don't know how this girl got this job. She offered me a decaf option which I ended up ordering, but girly needs to work on her customer service skills or maybe try a different job all together. read more

Not the best Starbucks I've been to. The employee was a little rude to me when I asked about my drinks because they were made out of order and I was confused on how they were coming out, but I go back because its the closest one to me so there's that. Its a Starbucks the ambiance is all the same I go because I have to its the only option near me. read more

This location has been a great stopping point for us. However the last couple of times it's been unsatisfactory. Especially the last time. I was the only customer in the entire building, it took 15 minutes for a tall cappuccino and a grande Americano. 15 minutes. The girls working were incredibly snotty as well. Hallelujah! Starbucks has found McAlester. And it's a real freestanding Starbucks--not one of those half versions found inside other stores. I'm delighted knowing I no longer need to travel with Starbucks instant coffee to add to any Pittsburg County coffee or have to drive to Tulsa or Shawnee to get my dark roast fix. Over the years I've also become a big fan of Starbucks' breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The best part about this particular Starbucks? The authentic Oklahoma kindness behind the counter! Despite a recent opening, I'm very impressed with how well the team is serving its new customers and us persnickety Starbucks' aficionados. read more

Food was so bland. My husband doesn't usually add salt to food but he was needing it for a bacon sausage wrap. The staff checking us out was impatient and rude. Wouldn't give me my points for my purchase. Was more interested in screwing around. read more

I've been here four Times since it's opened and not once has my simple order been right. I ask for no foam and I get foam. I ask for extra caramel drizzle and I don't even get caramel in it let alone extra. I ask for oat milk replacement and don't feel that even though I paid for it. I've had them remake it, but I am tired of it now. Not worth the long wait. I'll try them again in a few months. read more

Not worth the money. Period. Just takes way to long to get service. I'd rather treat myself to coffee somewhere else.

I always come here when I'm out shopping with my daughters & Niece. (Ages 8, 5, and 3). The workers are always so kind and patient while the girls order their own "lattes" (iced milk with whipped cream) and pay out on their own. They also recommend the tastiest beverages when I'm indecisive. The only negative comments i have is 1. During one visit, there seemed to be some tension between the ladies working. I heard a few snide comments being made toward a girl about her being "amazing, so perfect, only she can do that job correctly, etc" very sarcastically with looks & other words being exchanged. You could really tell they weren't getting along. And 2. The tables inside are always dirty when we go to sit down at them. I'm not sure if they're suppose to clean them after people leave like restaurants do, but they're always very sticky & have trash on them. But those are very tiny critiques. We still love it there & still go any chance we get! :) read more

This Starbucks absolutely rocks. One of the baristas, Mak, made my 30$ order for free because I accidentally ordered it to another Starbucks. AND It is such a clean, new, beautiful atmosphere and the barista crew is so helpful. LOVE this Starbucks!! read more
