A quick call to the salon and the person confirm me at 5:30. At arrival, I did have to wait a little longer. They were busy!! The vibe was buzzing and rambunctious. Customers and artists just laughing if up. I soon realized that they paid so much attention to detail and wanted their customers to be completely satisfied that if someone needed an adjustment, they'd fix it on the spot. Nevertheless, they were extremely apologetic and my assigned person actually got one of her coworkers to get started on me while she finished her previous customer. I was there for a gel manicure. My nails were mostly long but my two index fingers were shortened because I broke them. It was suggested that if I wanted to maintain length that I "patch" my broken nails with gel-x extension which was what I was hoping for. What I also appreciated was that they had someone else who was more familiar with gel-x come over and put on the two for me versus my person just doing it herself. Everyone was super nice and friendly and their work is immaculate. I plan on returning when it's time to re-up! Check it out!

I wish I lived closer to them because they would become my regular go to spot. It is a new place and everything is sparkling clean. They had some water damage from a rain storm and they're waiting for the ceiling to be fixed, but that wasn't a problem for me. It is really difficult to find people to do a good job with dip manicures. Ken was the best one I've ever had. He did it properly and I'm sure it will be a long lasting manicure. I'm so thrilled.

I felt bad because this other nail tech was supposed to do my nails, but I decided to request for Kris instead since the other artist said she can't do the complex designs I was wanting and luckily I saw Kris working today. I'm so glad. She does SUCH BEAUTIFUL designs and beautiful, intricate 3D art. You can tell she's a perfectionist and really cares. I have been coming here for my pedicures recently and just wanted to submit some feedback…read more I have had a lot of pedicures done and the pedicure chair is comfortable, however where you rest your feet for the pedicure is not... its plastic and there is no cushion. After getting my pedicure done my foot was hurting from having to be rested on that area for over an hour at an angle. I am contemplating coming here again just due to that, most chairs have a cushion where you lay your feet and although it a small detail it is uncomfortable for the client. Other than that everything else was great and the techs are very nice just wanted to give some feedback. Ty!

I found my fave pedi girl, Jocelynn. She's kind and funny! I had my toes done by Jocelynn over two months ago with a gel chrome color. They looked so good up until my next pedicure today. Today I finally filled up my stamp card, it was my 10th visit today with 50% off my services so I got the peppermint pedicure with a 15 min. Hot stone massage but changed out the peppermint for orange. Then after my builder gel fill with Jenny, I had an incredible paraffin treatment for my dry hands. Pure bliss! They have a current special going on if it's your bday you get 20% and if you bring a friend you get 10%! Booked my hubby for a pedi treat next nail appt. Bring AirPods if you don't like noise. The staff do chat in Vietnamese and I could understand how that can be annoying if you're trying to relax. AirPods work like a charm for me!

First of all my nails are completely off color from what I asked for, the polkadots were $15 extra dollars!!! and all of them are different sizes and not consistent in pattern, just lazy work for the price. Then, on top of it, my nails are shaped bad super thick from the sides, even though I asked her multiple times to make them narrow she did not. And inconsistencies in the shape all around. She was also a little bit rude when I would tell her things to fix or things to do better and it came off pretty passive aggressive. My mom goes to the salon and every time she's gone, she said the same thing about the employees treating her rude. The worst part of it is that fact that I spent $112 on these. I was absolutely appalled because I've been getting my nails done for five years now, and never paid that much for this type of result. A week later, my nail already snapped off. I wouldn't go back
