They even give you a loaner if you buy there. If you need a repair they do great work but buy the computer there so you always have a real person to talk to on the phone or face to face. This is a review for my son Eric Key. Since then, he has built and repaired numerous computers, iPads, and Security Systems for myself and other members of the family. His workmanship has always been excellent and very professional. He has helped diagnose and fix virus attacks and brought storage systems back to life. He recently installed a solid state 1 terabyte hard drive unit in my 6 year old HP laptop and it has worked flawlessly. While doing remodeling in his shop I was able to witness several stressed out customers come in with either lost file problems or virus related issues. Eric was able to calm them down and assured them he would do everything necessary to solve their problems, which he did. I realize some customers can be nasty, unrealistic, and demanding. But he has handled most of those situations far more courteously than I would have. My wife (his mother) and I do reviews and/or answer product questions for Lowe's,Amazon, Home Depot, and such, and it is very difficult to keep from challenging the intelligence of people. I have never seen him belittle anyone or treat them badly. If you do have a problem, he will readily assist in rectifying the situation in a professional manner.
