The repair shop, close to my office, put a new battery in my computer but just over 3 months later, the battery swelled. I took the computer into Silicon Valley in Embrun. They advised me that the swollen battery could be dangerous and they offered to remove it and dispose of it. I was so grateful and relieved that they took action immediately and prevented a potentially harmful situation from happening. After that, I had Silicon Valley make the necessary repairs to make my computer run like new. Highly recommend!! There is no other shop that compares.

Whereas the outlet store said the part would be on order for months, the repairman from ORR fixed a small leak the day after I called on his first and only visit. They saved us hundreds of dollars and the feeling of wastefulness that comes from replacing an appliance that is practically new. The man was friendly when he visited, transparent about the cost and what he was doing, and honest about the likelihood that it might happen again. Even if the fridge broke every two years I would rather support these guys than buy a new one every five. And it would probably be cheaper.
