We found Davlin Embroidery after a friend who had previously agreed to do custom embroidery work…read morefor us backed out 2 weeks before the projects was due, i.e. another friend's wedding day. Needless to say, we were scrambling to find someone to do it. It was a small one-off job, two pieces of identical embroidery less than 3 inches square. Davlin responded quickly to our e-mail, took our original image, and provided a very fair quote. We dropped off our fabric to him, and he had the embroidery completed within a single business day. It was excellent work, and the bride and groom were very happy. I would not hesitate to contact Davlin again the next time I need something embroidered.

They do a whole bunch of printing and design work here, and they've always got several jobs being done while I'm there like flyers and posters and they do speciality photo printing as well. I've done some photo printing here as well and it's always turned out super well! Their prices are fair, and the staff know what's going on - they offered me some tips and checked to be sure I was satisfied with the final versions. I saw some graphic design work being done also, so it's nice that you can get everything done in one spot. Tip: it's easy to drive by the place. It's in a strip mall just off Hazeldean and past the Shoppers.

His prices are very reasonable, but it is his dedication to quality that tips the scale. He is a young business owner putting in the work in a field he cares about, and it shows. He is very clear in his communication and always makes sure I am happy with his work. His straightforward approach is helpful for someone like me who struggles with social cues and nuance. He is experienced working with people with a wide variety of needs and shows remarkable understanding and insight when helping me. He sees things I don't and works to make a space feel it's best. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a good cleaner, and especially to those who may seek someone more perceptive and accommodating to neurodivergent behaviour and exceptionalities. He's also great with pets :)

I work downtown so I thought it would be more convenient to bring my computer to a computer shop near the down town area for repairs. What a mistake!!! The repair shop, close to my office, put a new battery in my computer but just over 3 months later, the battery swelled. I took the computer into Silicon Valley in Embrun. They advised me that the swollen battery could be dangerous and they offered to remove it and dispose of it. I was so grateful and relieved that they took action immediately and prevented a potentially harmful situation from happening. After that, I had Silicon Valley make the necessary repairs to make my computer run like new. Highly recommend!! There is no other shop that compares.

I have dealt with this firm on two occasions, one for notorial services, the other time for wills…read morefor both myself and my wife. Their services are very professional. Paul McCracken did our wills and was very thorough in asking our wishes and fully explaining all items during both pre and post writing. I would also like to add that Mr. McCraken took the time to help me with questions I had with an unrelated matter over the phone. Most lawyers would have demanded I setup a time and pay an hourly fee. By answering my questions "pro bono" (assuming that's the right term), he proved to me that he cares about his clients and not just their money. I highly recommend this firm to handle your will. Please take my advice: If you don't have a will, you NEED one. My Mother used one of those "will kits" and it resulted in months of delays, questions and issues of probate being raised.
