After calling around…read morefor quotes and being shocked at the prices I was getting, I decided to cast a "yelp net" and messaged several carpet cleaning businesses. D'Arcy's response was prompt, but his quote was also the most reasonable I had seen thus far. I was cautious, wondering if this would be a "you get what you pay for" situation. Instead, what I received was swift responses to my questions, an available appointment on the day I needed it, punctual arrival, and an EXCEPTIONAL job done! And there was no up-charge when all said and done, as is common when you are given an online quote. We paid what he quoted, the quality of the work was amazing and D'Arcy was most pleasant and professional! He's got a repeat client in us and I would refer him to anyone, hands down.

He's been my go-to person. His work ethics are unparalleled. He is extremely hard working and professional. He never lets you down. He always comes with the right help, right people, right solutions and he is always positive, smiling, uplifting and seems to look for the same positivity in his team too. I don't trust people much, I trust Ken with all my heart. And his job is meticulous. He would spend hours to make it perfect, to make it exactly how you want it to be. He doesn't even get frustrated when you ask him to change something mid-job or to do something extra. He is a godsend. Thank you Ken and all his team.
