After continually missing deadlines and putting us off he sent us a first look at our website which was NOTHING like we had agreed. HE offered us a FULL refund of all money we had previously given him and we took him up on that offer but NEVER got a cent! He always had an excuse, one cheque bounced and the rest were empty promises for bank transfers and wires that NEVER materialized. Just google his name and research how many people he has ripped off ! He has even had businesses under different names. I still have not received any refund and don't want anyone else falling victim to this scam artist. And don't think BBB will help, they don't have any way of getting you a refund after a 'resolution' the BBB proved ineffective in this case.
