Service Tech, Jonathan, attended our office to repair our computers on site and within minutes determined he had to take our desktop Apple computer and Laptop to his workshop to download proper software and what all. He left with our computer in a very delipatated car, without providing a receipt, and then I didn't hear back from him the next morning as he promised and several phone calls were not returned. We really needed our computers for our businesses and to have them gone for even half a day was a real challenge. About three days later I finally went on a desperate search to find TechTutors which I eventually did even though their address was wrong on their site. Owner, William, was apparently still working on the units and they were returned the next day. He gave no explanation as to why he couldn't return my phone calls. They fixed the problems on the laptop but the desktop still didn't work properly and when I complained I was given a step by step process to do the work myself which took a lot of time as there is a reason I hired them in the first place. It's not very often that I would recommend a company unless they are exceptionally willing to go the extra mile and this is what Tech Tutors; William and Jonathan have done for me, a photojournalist and television personality. My work depends on a functioning computer, camera, laptop, printer and any other electronic device that I use. I believe strongly in customer service since I worked in this field earlier in my career and with Tech Tutors, they answer my emails and calls promptly and address my concerns and repairs. As well, each time they teach me more about technology. Without their support, I would not be able to function in my career, as well as I do. I have only heard great reviews of Tech Tutors. I take their advice seriously and when they tell me that they can repair my equipment or not repair it, I believe them. The service I received from TechTutors was amazing. I brought my computer in and had it checked out on a Tuesday. The techs were honest and had told me exactly what I needed. I was offered only services that were valuable and they made a point of making sure I understood what they did, and why. They were upfront with how long the repair would take and gave me a call with an update of their progress. I was able to pick the computer up again early and Thursday, and I was very happy to have the computer back so fast. I would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation. He has provided excellent information for the solution to our problems and I loved the quickness that he was able to get me up and running again.
