From the onset, the person on the other end was curt and condescending without apparent cause. I figured I was being considerate by calling in advance to cancel instead of just not showing up, but was told such a drop-off could be done any time regardless, and that, "... it's not like it would get fixed right away, so...". Others' low reviews of this shop aren't a surprise, and I'm pleased to have taken my business elsewhere. The first 5 seconds of experience with staff at Jump+ was enough to justify my change of plan, and was further reinforced by a frank disclosure of terms, high quality service, and respect for the customer.
