During that time I was given a loaner vehicle that was very old and in poor condition. I informed them three weeks in advance that the inspection sticker on the loaner car was about to expire. Despite several phone calls, no one seemed to know anything about it or take responsibility. Eventually I had to take time off work to get the loaner car inspected. Even more concerning, I continued to drive the loaner vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. After weeks of delays and poor communication, I finally decided to pick up my car and return their loaner.
