It's a smaller Mexican bakery compared to others but the freshness, quality and flavor are not small at all. The owner also operates his business and his customer service skills are quite nice. He is quick to recommend a sweet bread or cookie and has a very honest opinion. My favorite is still Gallardo's in the Barrio, but this one ranks very close in my heart and tummy.

He looked up, sarcastically saying "I'd rather not....." I apologized and asked if he was a Raider fan.
