There's a couple of these in the airport, I'm writing about the small kiosk in the Terminal C section by gate C7. Staffer was out of some food, but hot dogs and nachos she still had. Nachos had plenty of cheese put on them. And the hot dogs looked packed with the toppings. Bigger shop is closer to the A/B wing.

Of course I had to grab one before my departure. Nothing fancy. Just a plain dog with chili. Would've been better if they had an option to grill it. But it's a must since I was in NOLA.

It may look like just an airport hot dog, but apparently Lucky Dogs has been selling in New Orleans since 1948. And apparently they were involved in 1976 Supreme Court case (which they won) relating to an exclusive grandfathering to vend in the French Quarter when the city was cracking down on a lot of street vendors. I don't recall seeing any other food carts there this trip, except these hot dog shaped carts. Jumbo Dog w/ Chili, Onions and Mustard: Hit the spot for filling quick meal before a flight. The chili was especially nice. No beans about it, just little granules of meat and nice sauce. The mustard and raw onions were a perfect way to cut the richness of the chili and snappy dog.

It was just a hot dog. Food court style. Something to grab before you are getting on the plane.

Nothing fancy, just good quick food. [DOGS] Always In a great convenient location between lay overs.

Regular hot dog with chili & cheese... Whatta mess!

After arriving at the airport, I was seeking a quick bite, nothing too big and came across this hot dog joint. The menu is very limited, only having a few items (sausage, hot dogs, and nachos) and the toppings are very limited, just chili, cheese, and peppers. I ordered peppers, but they didn't have any. The regular size hot dog I got was a mess, as it was loaded with chili and cheese, which is what I wanted, but it's insanely messy. It tasted ok, nothing special. Very pricey though, like $14 for a hot dog and bottle of water.

Kinda corny reviewing a Hot Dog kiosk while waiting for a flight at Gate 3, Terminal One, in beautiful Louis Armstrong Airport -- but Yelpers, the doggies were really good, and hit the spot. Talk about right place, right time, right food, grab-n-go, clean, fast, fresh, delicious, super friendly service, and Coke products. Everything a road warrior could ask for. Five Stars.

I think the hot dogs are great, but what got me today was the pretzel. I walked by on the way to my flight and saw the glass case with big, soft, pretzels, lightly salted and shiny, hanging from the rack. I had to have one. And it did not disappoint. Perfectly soft, steaming, and a good contrast of salty and sweet, it was exactly what I wanted. Yes, get a hot dog. But don't forget the pretzels!!!

It was ok. The hot dog was kind of cold. But they had Barq's red crème! That was all I needed! The service was good!

Pretty good regular hot dog. Wasn't sure I wanted to try one on the streets but they are very good.

Stopped by the airport location before the flight home. Enjoyed this New Orleans classic.

Even though I…read moredecided to dine indoors, it was the outdoor patio dining area that drew me in with all the colorful seating and canopy above the tables. The decor inside is just as vibrant and colorful as it is outdoors. Fun paintings on the wall. There's a bar on the left hand side and booth seating on the right. You walk to the back to order and seat yourself. Cute drawing of a dog lying in a bun on the side of the napkin holder. The menu is above the counter, and it's a bit overwhelming. Who knew there were so many options for sausages. I decided on the Vegan Chipotle Sausage ($12.50). The list of toppings is even more extensive, which you can leave up to the chef, so you can guess, I decided to leave it up to the chef. I also purchased a fountain drink ($3.15). You give them your name when you pay, and they deliver your order to your table. While I was waiting, I also got a non-alcoholic drink at the bar, a Pacific Breeze ($5). It consisted of pineapple, passion fruit puree, and soda water. A deliciousness cold drink on a hot day. Staff called out my name and delivered my food. Wow! It was one loaded dog. Delicious. I approved of the toppings. If I had chosen, I may have over done it. Staff are super friendly. They were patient when ordering. I enjoyed the relaxed, chill environment. There's also a free standing ATM machine for your convenience.

Basically, you go into it, walk to the back of the shop, order up what you want, and go to your table and they'll bring it to you. Simple as that. They have a truly unique section of food orientated items. My favorite is there alligator sausage dog. But, they have all sizes and shapes of food offerings, including some designed for the vegans out there. Of course, have other items as well. So, even though this place, at least by my understanding, is focused on dogs, you can't find other fun items to eat here, as well. This location also has a self standing bar. From there, you can grab a great selection of beers, cocktails, and mocktails if that's your preference. At the bar, you order separately from ordering your food. Thus, you can have a great experience if you just want to come in and just have a drink and sit back at the bar. You can even talk to the bartender if you want to. Very nice. In terms of layout, they have interior seating, some booths along the one wall, plus a very expensive outdoor patio. So, weather permitting, if you're interested in breathing in some fresh air while you enjoy whatever it is you're eating and drinking at this establishment, it's a great place to do it. Overall, this is a really fun restaurant. I recommend you go there.

this is the second time that I've ordered from this particular location here on a business trip and…read morethe burger literally looked like it's been ran over by a truck and Box is ice cold and zero appeal. lDRY AS HELL and salty look at the cheese awful granted I ordered through DoorDash, but the burger was done in my app in less than five minutes. I don't understand how you can make a double burger two strawberry shakes and some onion rings and 5 to 10 minutes . I am so livid so I decided to call the store to speak to a manager because you know dealing with DoorDash is like talking to a wall so I call and speak to this manager he was zero help and very u professional what a representative for your company. I do understand that I ordered from a third-party but the point is that you guys cook the food? The point is that the food was cooked at Shake shack so whether a third-party got in here in 10 or 15 minutes being that my hotel is directly down the street makes it worse i believe 2 miles. it's is ridiculous to me. The food came out. I don't know if it's been sitting under the light or whatever but the cheese looks horrible. This is a terrible burger .like ma'am we make the food and the food is given to you and whatever they do to get it to you us on DoorDash that's what what you receive. I explained to him this is Not an edible burger burnt and covered in salt. . I am so upset the next time I come in town I will absolutely positively never ever ever eat at this place again it is disgusting. It is disgrace poor customer service. Very disappointed Door dash and shake shack zero this literally looks as if someone was picking on it also what happen to the lettuce and tomato?? All i wanted was a fresh burger .... $40 down the drain 1double burger 2 strawberry Shakes 1onion ring
