The bathrooms were interesting as the town did have water issues down to the winter freeze. The toilets did not flush powerfully. They have a nice lounge for Emerald and Up, I tried to use my card to access the lounge but did not work, but a nice lady let me in with hers. It has a nice couch and private bathroom. I guess if you needed to go to sleep this is the place. I came on a Saturday and it was not too busy, but it might get busy at night, I am not so sure. The begging was nice as well, no stains and kept me warm because the air set on 75 felt like 62 to me lol I like it warm. The staff, particularly the housekeepers and the ladies in the breakfast room, which was included from 6-10am. It was a typical continental breakfast that featured, pastries, hot and cold cereal, fruit and waffle stations, blueberry and regular as well as bacon or sausage and eggs. The ladies at breakfast were so accommodating, kept everything refilled and didn't turn away folks even after closing. The room for breakfast was small so there was always a line or a wait at any given time. The housekeeper's spoke everytime you pass them. My room was well stocked with ampel towels and the featured toiletries were from Paya, which I'd never heard of but they smelled nice. The hotel was booming with people but I didn't hear too many complaints from other guest. I'd definitely stay here again.. In most cases, people leave pissed off not at themself for being stupid and losing too much, but pissed at the establishment for ripping them off.
