Walked in and the place was hot and stuffy. Everything is almost the same price as it is on Amazon only you don't know if the item you are getting even has all the parts. The place was filthy and the bins were just super full of trash. I don't think anything was worth it honestly read more

Every time I go, I guess I get quite lucky! I've gotten a decent deal on my Ninja Crispi most recently, but I've also seen and gotten air mattresses for about $20, and a dresser for about $65! Something's may come broken (my dresser did come broken) and parts may be missing, but they do offer a 48hr return policy in which you will be refunded via a gift card. Their customer service is usually very friendly. I haven't had 1 bad interaction with them. Sometimes it's hard to find them and/or get their attention, but they are usually willing to help, even when it comes to helping out large furniture in cars. read more

I went in today and usually I have a good time coming and looking through bins, but today will be my last time going here!! I only had a few items but one item was in a box. The cashier opened the box and told me that the price was for each item inside!!! She also said that they are retailed priced... I left upset and confused on the pricing of items. So is the price decided on what the cashier thinks she should charge you for the items? read more

Fun way to kill some time and find stuff you may or may not need. Different days have different prices for the bin items and the board at the front lets you know how much things are. Be prepared, it gets packed in there and people pack the aisles with their carts so sometimes it's a little tough to get through. Most items are Amazon returns/overstock. The bins can be quite messy, so be prepared. Don't come here looking for anything specific, you never know what you'll find! read more

I've been shopping here for a while, however I don't feel that it's right that staff doesn't address the line. Place holding with bags & chairs in the morning while others like myself are ACTUALLY waiting in line. People show up drop a bag as a place holder, then wait in there cars for more family and friends to show up and ALL then go and cut into line like they've been there. Which is extremely rude. It went from 4 actual people waiting in front of me to well over 30 people by the time everyone's place holders and friends/family showed up. It's one thing if it's just that person with there 1 bag/chair holding a place, it's another when that 1 bag is holding the place for 8 other people you have showing up too. So when you have multiple people doing that same exact thing, like why are we even getting here early to get our place in line when people just crowd and cut right in? read more

This place seems to have perfected the art of dysfunction. Cleanliness appears to be optional, professionalism is nowhere to be found, and workplace drama seems to be the main business operation. The employees were so focused on gossiping and talking about other people that I was surprised anyone had time to work at all. The atmosphere felt less like a workplace and more like a high school lunch table where everyone is busy judging everyone else. Customer service, teamwork, and competence seem to have been replaced with rumors, cliques, and finger-pointing. Management should consider spending less time allowing the circus to continue and more time addressing the obvious issues with employee conduct and the condition of the facility. A little accountability, cleanliness, and professionalism would go a long way. On the bright side, if you're interested in witnessing workplace dysfunction in its natural habitat, this place delivers an unforgettable experience. read more

An Open Letter to Lucky Day Liquidation To the Owners and Management of Lucky Day Liquidation, I've always loved the idea of liquidation stores--the thrill of the hunt, the joy of discovering that unexpected gem buried among everyday items. For me, shopping at Lucky Day has always felt like a fun treasure hunt, a place where you might just stumble upon something truly exceptional. That's what kept me coming back--the mystery, the possibility, the excitement. Today, for the first time, I thought I actually did find that treasure. While shopping through the bins, I came across a brand new, in-the-box Apple Watch. I was thrilled. Isn't that the dream find in a store like this? I added it to my other items and headed to the register, feeling lucky and honestly, pretty happy. But that excitement was short-lived. When the cashier saw the Apple Watch, they called over a manager immediately. After a brief conversation, the manager took the watch from me, looked it up, and told me that it couldn't be sold for the bin price of $6. Instead, they said I'd need to pay $70. I was stunned. That's not how this store has ever worked in my experience. I didn't find that item behind a counter, or in a special display--it was right there in the bin like everything else. The whole situation left me feeling disappointed and honestly, a bit heartbroken. I've always appreciated Lucky Day for the great staff, the fun atmosphere, and the deals I've found--but this made me feel like the game is rigged. Like if you actually do find that exciting, once-in-a-blue-moon item, you don't get to keep it. They'll take it from you, re-price it, and the magic of the hunt disappears. I want to believe this was just a one-off mistake. I want to believe the heart of the store I enjoyed hasn't changed. But right now, it feels like the spirit of Lucky Day--the reason I came so often--was lost in that moment. I won't be returning, and that truly makes me sad. I hope this message reaches someone who understands that the integrity of a store like this matters. That when something is found fair and square, it should stay that way. That customers remember how they're treated. Thanks for the memories, Lucky Day. I really did love your store. Beware and check your receipts before paying! I was charged for 11 bin items when I only had 9. When I went back to the store to tell the manager, she had me waited for a while to check their security video. When they confirmed that I was indeed overcharged, instead of giving me a cash refund for the overcharged amount, they issued me store credit! Is this even legal? This was the employee mistakes, not me returning a purchased item. Note: this was not the first time I was overcharge. It happened before but I didn't go back to request for the refund. This time I did because I wanted to point this out to them. Never coming back to this store again! read more

Pricing board can be very confusing. It'll give "clothes" a certain price (like 6$), but further down the list it will have higher prices for "shirts" or "sweaters" or "pants" which is weird because these should be under the "clothes" category. Compared to other bin/liquidation stores - these prices are on the higher side. I would say that they keep their store pretty clean though compared to others, and it's extremely spacious. read more

I would just like to add my two cents to say that 'Lucky Dealz' is probably the best liquidation center I've been in. There are lots of items to choose from and very assorted things to look at. The price range and how the price drops daily is consistent to what they offer. Take time to look at more pricey items they sell and make sure it isn't damaged or that it actually works. The nice thing is their return policy ..even if it is store credit you don't get the hassle for returning something if it doesn't work They gladly take it no questions asked. Except the usual 'what's wrong with it' So if you are looking for gifts for the kids or home items you can find it here . read more

Where is service we bought inflatable mattress we asked them if it didn't work we could return it. They didn't tell us about store credit we come back when I was messed up. They were so rude. They didn't care. We didn't want nothing else. We didn't want store credit we didn't wanna keep coming back. She chooses to ignore me and give me a gift card for the store. I talked to the manager and he ignored me as I talked to him saying that's the policy didn't try at all to fix this situation. They just ignore me and we're very petty to give me mad. Then the one I bought was 35 when I got with the refund was 30. She kept my gift card after I told her there were still like five dollars left. She said it was the same amount and kept my card. She stole from me basically. read more

Rude workers. They expect you to move out of their way when you are shopping at the bins. I should've known this place is garbage. I mean what do you expect when you are shopping at a store that sells used/returned/damaged items. They don't even refund your money if its defective. They only give you store credit for returned items that you paid for with your OWN HARD EARNED MONEY. Hope places like this go bankrupt. read more

BLUF: Lucky Day sells broken products and actively works against reaching a satisfactory resolution with the customer. I purchased an electric pressure washer from Lucky Day liquidation on Sunday afternoon. I returned to my residence one hour away from Lucky Day. I plugged the pressure washer into the wall. The cable's test and reset features failed and indicated a malfunction based on the directions printed on the plug. Additionally, the pressure washer would not power on when commanded. I immediately called Lucky Day to inform them of the issue. I was told by an employee I needed to return to the store by Monday evening (the day following the purchase) in order to exchange the pressure washer for a working one. The drive to the store is a two hour round trip. I asked if I could receive an exception to their policy due to the distance and the fact the product was defective. I planned to return to Fresno on Saturday (6 days after purchase) at which time I could easily exchange the pressure washer. I was told by the employee they would call me back after talking to "upper management" and requesting an exception to the policy. I received a phone call from Lucky Day about a half hour later. I was told that they could not approve an extension of the return period but I could come to the store on Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday to talk to Nate in "upper management" about a possible extension. I said this was unsatisfactory as I would be in Fresno Saturday. It was at this time the employee developed an unprofessional attitude and stated this was the resolution I had originally requested. The employee stated that Nate or any other member of "upper management" could not call me at any point during the week and my only option was to show up on one of those days to request the extension. It was at this time I determined any further interaction was futile and informed the employee I would be charging the purchase back on my credit card. All I wanted to do was exchange the broken pressure washer for a working on within 6 days instead of 48 hours. I am confident my credit card company will see through the deceptive and unfair business practices of Lucky Day Liquidation. read more

Right after I finished paying, three of the workers came up to me and accused me of stealing based off of one angle of a video. I showed them where the item was put back in the store and they told me if I did it again then I would be banned, even though I never stole anything in the first place. When my family called them out, they said they were doing their job. Horrible place. read more

I love everything about Lucky Day. I love the owner. I love all of the staff. I love everything. I personally like to come in on $12 day and $4 day. I have been able to find so many amazing deals for my home and for my family here. My favorite purchase recently was a Radio Flyer tricycle for $12!!! My grandchild loves it. I like to come here to shop for toys and unique household items. The resellers are definitely here so come early and be prepared to grab whatever you want. People do start lining up about a half hour before they open so keep that in mind. This is the cleanest store I've ever been in and I appreciate that. I feel like the staff does a really good job of managing all of the people and managing the bins. Happy shopping and tell them the Queen sent you. read more

Great customer service and awesome deals! You just have to take your time to find the great deals!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. These people are lying scoundrels. They sold me a fridge that does not work! Before buying they told me I could return it if I had any issues with it working within three days and that it had a 1 year warrenty. Well that turned out to be a total lie - after I purchased the fridge (mind you this was not a $300 fridge it was $$$) they printed the receipt and told me it was only return for store credit! After we got it into the house with the delivery person they said did their deliveries (who banged it up BTW!) we got the water hose professional installed and guess what - fridge won't exit demo mode, and the water doesn't work! I called the manager who was extremely hostile, condescending, and did not offer to help fix it or anything. They lied about the return policy to push a sale and now they leave me stranded with this non-functioning fridge. I am fighting it to get my $ back! Do not buy anything of value at this store they lie to you and sell defective items that they don't stand by their work to fix or return. It's shameful! read more

Don't shop here. My fiance did and was charged more than what the item was tagged at. +$13. Really awesome place. They have sales based on the day of the week. I went on Friday and it $12 day. Despite this, they had things that were over $12. Everything that was $12 should've been cheaper in my opinion the selection was really cool though and I would've kept looking and maybe bought stuff if my boyfriend hadn't rushed me out! I'm curious about the appliances though as most of the stuff is used. I'm not sure if the stuff works or not, that's the only downside. I've been in a store similar where you couldn't open the boxes, so that's a downside because the boxes don't always say what the contents are. I'd come back 10/10 on a $1 day or something though! read more

The products they have are not worth anything really, and they overpriced everything. Most employees were very rude with any questions we had. Especially the attitude of the weird "security" guy with the pony tail at the front. Man, he was very off-putting, rude and full over himself for some delusional reason... We do enjoy going to similar type businesses from time to time. With decent people working there and value to their products. In case I wasn't clear with this reveiw... To start off, I like how organized the bins are. There are pretty good items to be found. The larger prices items are fairly discounted. Some stuff is a little banged up but other than that it's decent. One thing I didn't like was that the owner was cussing at his employees telling them to "F'n work faster, what's wrong with their hands." While he's in the front of the store smoking a cigarette. All this is happening in front of customers. Made me walk out and not want to support an arrogant person. Not smart business tactics read more

I will start out with 4 stars and edit later if it changes. Similar to the other deal store that changes prices daily for the bins. They also have large blankets and rugs hanging around the perimeter for set prices, and boxes of returns to one side but those weren't discounted much. They did announce that there is 48 hour? guarantee on purchases, but not sure if that is only for the set price stuff or also in the bins. Employees were friendly, even the ones tasked with digging through the bins to remove trash. Cash gets daily price, credit cards add 3% to cover their surcharge, which is fair. read more

if you plan on working here don't. Ive worked here less than 4 months and was on a 1 week suspension for grabbing a drink. Note: store has broken or not turn on AC so I sweat a lot. Any way before I was about to clock in I was told by the second manager I was on a one week suspension and once the week was over I would get a call.. but i patiently waited but nothing. I've texted after my suspension was over and I was told by the manager said "Right know it's "Kinda" Slow". so I said what ever so I waited again for about a week and I messaged again about my return date back to work, no response. then I went in person because they never told me about me check that I was supposed to get and the manager said they they have mail it to me a week before but never receive it then I had asked I am ready to return back but the manager said the owner doesn't want me back because of what happen but then we talked about my check. a few days later I called about it and they had it ready before I left after I had asked to speak to the owner but then when I asked the owner if he was letting me go he said he didn't want to let me go. He says he doesn't mind bringing me back, but it was "kind of slow". He told me to text the manager every week to tell him when I am able to return. I messaged twice after I was told that but no response until the third message the manager said "Right now it's slow and I don't need anyone else to work at the moment. I will let you know if anything changes." But I responded to that text saying if he didn't need anyone to work Ian I being let go. Very bad communication and horrible place of business. When I was working here I would fill bins of items for example air fryers I would open the inside to see rust but when I ask the manager about it he said just leave it don't throw it away. And I'm thinking that's effin disgusting to sell rusty shi to customer. I've managed to take a picture of the rusty air fryer and it almost made me puke .Not to mention I was told to still put in a bin a bed cover wi piss stains. this place is very unprofessional read more
