I've been to two of their estate sales thus far and each time has been a really great experience…read more They have plenty of staff at the front and positioned around the estate to assist with any inquiries. I had a question on a oriental glass bowl which was priced $125 and they were more than willing to explain the price and tell me more about its history and what it goes for on the resale market. Despite a lot of foot traffic, it's easy to navigate and pick out things. I do recommend to do a walk-through in and around the property at least four times, each time you do that, you'll discover something new. I'm real big on anything vintage and sometimes I just simply enjoy stepping back into time and looking at old photographs, art, decor, postage mail and magazines. They take credit card with a small surcharge and you can actually haggle with them on price and they will cut you a break. It's very easy to check out once you're done shopping around. I will continue to attend Merlin's estate sales!

The house was left empty and clean. The few items that didn't sell were boxed up and neatly stacked in the garage. Habit for humanity was available to pick up items we're willing to part with. estate sales are one of my favorite things and NES Relics does them right…read more went to one of their sales a few months back not expecting much and ended up staying for two hours. the curation is genuinely good. real antiques, interesting pieces, furniture, art, household items that actually have character. not just junk thrown on tables. you can tell they put thought into how everything is presented and priced. the team running the sale was organized and friendly. easy to ask questions, no pressure, just a well run operation. that makes a huge difference when you're trying to browse and think. they respond quickly which matters when you're trying to find out about upcoming sales or have questions about liquidation services. 100% response rate and 30 minute response time is rare and reflects how seriously they take the business. if you have an estate that needs liquidating they also do free consultations which is really valuable. that kind of service takes a massive weight off families dealing with an already difficult process. Fresno needs more estate sale companies doing it at this level. NES Relics is organized, professional, and actually fun to shop. follow them so you don't miss upcoming sales because the good stuff goes fast.

Steve previewed the many tools that my late husband had used and cherished. As he identified many of them by name and explained that he had been selling similar items for many years, including the 4-post car lift, the stress I felt began to dissipate. Gilbert and Anthony were amazing to watch as they quickly sorted and grouped tools in lots. I was thrilled as those automotive, machinist, and construction tools were arranged to look appealing as if they were in a retail store! Steve's advertising provided outstanding publicity, and the day of the auction, people came! For me, it was a day to honor my late husband as the attendees were very complimentary of the quality of his tools and his loving care for them. Most of the tools went home the day of the sale. Steve was diligent in getting the buyers to take home the large mill, lathe, and car within three days. The monetary gain far exceeded my hopes. All in all, I am very pleased with the results. Fresno Estates and Auctions is the best!

Great, chill, service and sales people. Used Jake, professional and easy to work with. I'm a person…read morewho's going to ask alls sorts of questions people may never have heard before. I like detail and am generally well thought out. And I don't jump into things without doing my homework, taking my time. Jake was a natural fit and worlds better than the 2 other provider/distributers that I'd taken off of my list. I wanted the ability to use voice control with the fireplace and another location either lied or were misinformed when they told me that 'nobody carries that, think about how unsafe that would be.' Of course I didn't believe that and hit the web to see that Heat n' Glow DOES have that wi-fi/voice feature as an option. Of course you need the infrastructure which I already did since most of my lights, my thermostat already were and I used ECHO throughout my home. This I knew was going to be special.... The showroom is vast and they offer all sorts of other things here. The fireplace displays were helpful showing a range of models and features with lots of interior and front design options. The efficiency of the models and with other manufacturers was about the same, 73%. Keep in mind that an OPEN, wood burning fireplace is 80-90% INEFFICIENT. Oh, it's gonna be special... The 3K rebate only applies to one fireplace. My home has two large fireplaces and I decided to do the one in the room that get's used more. Makes sense, eh? The size of what I have in the house allowed me to get their largest insert offering the most viewable area. Special... Having named my home/property, "Moon Base Alpha" it was not surprise that I settled on the Cosmos 35" insert with the LEAST fancy, most modern front available. I'd jumped into reconfiguring the fireplace, modifying the brick work, refacing the structure myself and bought the tools to accomplish this task. While working on the hearth, I detected a gas leak in the shut off valve and bought a smaller Makita jackhammer to get to it. I mention this because IF you have an older home, YOU should check the valve as over time, they will leak... The day arrive when the install team consisting of 2 guys arrived. I found them to be easy to work with and detailed. I installed a custom, thick stainless steel chimney chase that I had manufactured and used Rock Wool under the chase to further lock out the elements. Had to be, special... The unit was installed and up and running in a couple of hours. I was left to deal with the 'voice control' set up which requires a application, tapping into your Amazon Echo account, linking up etc. For me, this was easy. 'cause I'm special... Needless to say, this upgrade did a lot for the 'base.' It looked so much better, was practical and tightened up the air flowing in and out of the open chimney. A big energy pig. Having the ability to wake up in the morning and tell the fireplace to start and walking out into a warm room after a shower is fantastic. Voice control is nothing less than sublime. And, to get a nice big 3k check back was pretty hard not to be grateful for. Prior to this upgrade, I would NEVER have used this fireplace. Now I'm using it all the time. And rather than heating up the whole base, 2350 sq ft, I'm just heating the large kitchen/second office area using a fraction of what I'd been forced to spend to heat the base earlier. Was, cha-ching, special.... I'm grateful for the resources to complete the just over 6k project, the skills to complete much of the work, the good people helping me to accomplish these goals and the enhancement of the base, the lower bills and the comfort. Life got better. Thank you Lord for this wonderful blessing, the remodel and the rebate! All good things come from you and I'm grateful! Please reach out to Jake and Central Distributing for any of your needs. IF you go to some of these other places, it's like a used car salesman/women assault! Did my homework and guys, this upgrade was special! -G
