4.25 Games: Fun,…read moregood selection, fun pinball games, heard the skee ball went away which is a bummer. Mario, Donkey Kong, PAC Man, Mutant Turtles, lots of driving and gun games, Sopranos pinball, Metallica pinball, and others. Need more cup holders near those machines. Staff: 5 out of 5. So nice, helpful, walk around to offer more drinks. Food: Pretzel bites are good. Pizza was not great. Nachos were bad (stale chips and toppings lacked). With that being said, saw other food that may be better. You are there for the drinks and games, stay simple on the food. Drinks: Great selection- cooler and on draft. Cold mugs. Cost: Entry is affordable- Under 7 free, 16 and under 7.50, adults $15. For the amount of games you'll play (all then free), definitely worth it. Overall, a fun time with family and friends- something different and love the retro vibe. Bathrooms clean. Toys for sale. They have specials during the week and also tournaments. Give it a try! Veteran Owned, which is great, love to support.

Personally, I think they'd do well to get rid of the action figures for sale and use that wall space for other things. My other (lesser) complaint is that no one seems to know about this place. So it seems like they really need to put some time & energy into marketing. I'd just love for more people to know about this place Now on to all of the good: decent selection of games and priced well for wristbands. The food is excellent, IMO. Far better than I was expecting to be honest. They have a good alcohol selection too. The staff has been nice to us during the 2 or 3 times we've been there too.

I guess you can say this is where many old arcade games go to finish out their days. It's fun to…read moreplay the older outdated games...it brings back a lot of memories. Arcade games have changed so much over the years, so it's nice to be able to have access to them. All games take quarters and they do have a change machine. You can literally spend a few hours in here...just like the good ol' days for some of us. Moreover, there is a store where you can find a lot of older games for older consoles like the Wii, PS2, and Xbox360 to name a few. They have quite a few specials on older games as well. The store offers many other things as well other than playing or purchasing older games. They have gaming-type gifts and they do trades too. It's definitely worth a stop if you are a gamer, looking for a retro item and/or looking for a hard-to-find game or item for yourself or as a gift...or just want a trip down memory lane. On that note, I'm glad places like this exist to give new life to all of these games, etc. It's pretty cool!

We visited Main Event yesterday and arrived around 4:30 PM. The ambiance is fun, energetic, and…read morevery family-friendly. There's a lot going on between the arcade, bowling, laser tag, restaurant, and bar, so it definitely has that big entertainment-center feel. It was lively without being overly crowded when we first arrived, although it got much busier later in the evening. When we walked in, we looked around and eventually seated ourselves because there was no hostess, waiter, bartender, or anyone around to direct us. We waited for quite a while without really knowing if we were supposed to order somewhere or if someone was going to come to the table. I took my daughter to the restroom and there was no paper available to dry our hands. I walked to the main register to ask for napkins or paper towels, but they didn't have any either, so I ended up walking back toward the restaurant area to grab a napkin. After waiting at the table for so long, I actually called the restaurant from my phone to ask if they were still serving food or if someone was going to come over. Shortly after, someone finally approached us and explained that they had been busy taking an order over by the bowling lanes. It definitely seemed like they were short-staffed and everyone was covering different areas. I understand that happens, but as a guest it was confusing because there was no direction and we didn't know who was supposed to be helping us. The menu was okay--not a huge selection, but we found things everyone wanted. We ordered loaded nachos, boneless chicken wings, corn dogs, a few beers, and two iced teas. The food was good and our server was okay, but the interaction felt more like taking our order than actual hospitality. He never asked if it was our first visit, explained how things worked, or recommended anything. Our kids were also never offered refills on their iced teas. After eating, we closed our tab and went to the arcade. The games were fun overall, although a few took our credits without actually working. We had to ask for assistance, but they did return the credits, which we appreciated. They also have bowling, which was pretty packed by the time we left, and we tried the laser tag. Laser tag was actually a lot of fun! My only complaint there was that the employee running it was not very friendly and gave very little explanation about how to put on or use the equipment. When you have families with younger kids, a little patience and guidance goes a long way. Overall, the atmosphere is fun and there's plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained. We enjoyed ourselves once we got into the activities, but the hospitality and organization need some improvement. A little more communication, friendliness, and attention to guests would make the entire experience much better.

We competed in bowling for two hours and it was a smooth process considering we were a big group. We were able to order our food and drinks and have fun with no issues....big shoutout to the general manager because he was running the entire building pretty much by himself. Also, my food was delicious. The wings were crispy. Seasoned very well. No complaints at all, and I am very picky when it comes to wings. Based on the wings alone, I definitely will be back.

Ordering singles on their site is convenient and since it is a chain, the selection is wider than any other card shops in jacksonville with free 2day in store pick-up for your order. They also buy cards and you can just look up the cards and prices they are buying at via their website instead of having to go in or call The play area is large and unlike other stores you don't have to pay to just sit and hang out with friends/try to play a pick up game of commander or something. There is always some kind of tournament running every day of the week from pokemon, magic, one piece, yugioh, and even bayblade. I also occasionally see D+D groups come in to use the tables sometimes Staff are generally friendly and knowledgeable since most are card game players and shop regulars. I do think their sealed is on the pricier end like you won't find msrp for most things but i recommend just going for the singles and tournaments
