The place is open and airy and the tables are spaced well so that one is dining in a communal place but can still carry on a conversation in some privacy. Shelly and Lin-Lin were our servers, and they were AMAZING! Shelly greeted us and was a most hospitable hostess; when we asked for a table nearer the windows, she was happy to oblige. Both Shelly and Lin-Lin guided us through the menu, answering our questions and giving us thoughtful recommendations for food and drink choices. Our meals were EXQUISITE! My friend had the Chrisnana roll and I had the lunch special of two rolls with onion soup. Both were plated beautifully; we took photos because they were utterly charming! The Chrisnana roll was delicious; the banana was surprising but melded with the savory sushi flavors. My California roll was a perfect blend of crab, avocado and cucumber wrapped in perfectly-cooked rice. And my Sweet Potato roll was mouth-wateringly delectable! There was a crisp topping on the roll which perfectly complemented the sweet smoothness of the potato filling. Both meals were reasonably priced and served quickly. When my friend and I lingered to talk, both Shelly and Lin-Lin checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed, but we never felt rushed to leave.
