The food was okay. The servers rush you along even going so far as to take plates we were currently eating off of. The buffet was around $17 for an adult and did include limited access to crab legs(they are gone as soon as they are out). I rate this a 2.5/10. The food was not up to standard. The fries shrimp and fish were so hard. The customer service wasn't good at all. Everyone around us got their drinks refilled and we sat with empty cups while the waiter walked pass our table just looked and kept going. I definitely would not recommend or eat here again. Well, what a little gem I learned of today from my sister. We did the buffet, but menu says you can order off menu as well. Soooooooooooo many options and food was fresh and tasty! The egg rolls were yummy, mushroom caps....yum and entrees and other food was put on buffet in smaller amounts and replaced often and the freshness of food was great and appreciated a well carbonated soda! I was a little worried that it might not be that good since it was 8:45 and it's a buffet place (they close at 9:30). The selection was actually good and the items were fresh. I didn't notice anything that looked like dried up and heat lamped to death. The place wasn't packed, but it wasn't dead either. Probably had ~15 people in there. They were bringing out more items when I was there. And none of the items were empty. My items were fresh and tasty. Paid ~$8.00. The gal that checked me out was friendly and pleasant. Restaurant was clean and no dirty tables. One tiny thing they could improve upon- they have a lot of little trees and weeds growing around the sides of the building. It might be off-putting to some. Pretty decent food overall. I stopped in while on a fishing trip. The price was right ($10 for a Sunday buffet). I liked most of the dishes. Not all of the dishes were up to temp but things were pretty fresh. The restaurant is clean and the service was very good. Lucky Buffet is pretty busy on Sundays - the locals seem to enjoy it. My expectations were low walking into this place looked a little weird. It smelled pretty good though and the buffet was decent pricing. We got our food sat done and I was very disgusted by the food sesame chicken was hard the white rice was crunchy and was sticking to my teeth and the egg drop soup tasted and had the consistency of a raw egg. The best thing about this whole experience was the decent jello and the fortune cookie at the end. My stomach started aching before I even walked out of the restaurant and is getting worse every second. We were on our way to Walmart and happened to see this place so we decided to give it a try. Upon entering we were promptly seated and after making our drink order we dove headlong into the food! There is a nice variety and everything we tried was good. I especially liked the pepper chicken. It was tasty and not over cooked like it is at a lot of places. They were constantly bringing out fresh food. The price for two was 19.24 which is a little higher than most Chinese buffets but for the variety and quality of food it is worth the money.
