I needed new jeans and have always loved Lucky Brand. I have shopped at the outlets in Park City, Utah and have always been really happy. But I recently went to the one in Dillon, Colorado and I was told that there wasn't anything in my size. This took place on the evening of February 14 2020. And yes I'm not a size 0 . But I felt like I was discriminate against, hurt and very up set. I hope this woman doesn't get a chance to hurt anyone else. I just can't get over it. I walked to another store and was helped, beyond my expectations. Walked out with 3 pairs of jeans. I hope this helps this store with the lady that was working that evening. It seems that I can't resist hitting the outlets in Silverthorne after I have finished a solo day on the slopes. I went into Lucky Brand on this particular day and wow do they have a selection! Unfortunately like most outlets if you are average size that selection is diminished to very few options. And what I hate most about shops like this is the sales people that are on you every 5 minutes asking if you need anything. I asked a sales associate to help me choose between an XS and a S and she bluntly suggested I size up-I wasn't offended, but it's possible others may interpret this differently (she may be the same person referenced in a different review). Wow, if you want to feel really bad about yourself, go to this store and have Denise wait on you. I've never been to Lucky Brands and didn't know anything about their jeans. I didn't realize they were mostly straight leg, really tight fitting; something I don't really prefer. When I asked Denise if they had anything else, she gave me an odd look and said to try a certain jean; it would be more generous. Maybe it's the way she said it, maybe she could have said it was a looser fit but it just seemed snotty. Definitely if you're not 5 ft and size 4 or less, you might not want to shop here. I even said something to her about what she said and it didn't phase her in the least. She just smirked, so I know that she meant to say it the way she said it. I'm a size 8 and I feel for those who wear even larger sizes - don't bother with Lucky Brand - at least not at this outlet. read more

On Monday March 4th 2013 around 2:00 we went to the Silverthorn Outlets in Silverthorn, on our way there a severe blizzard developed. We were forced to stop driving and decided to shop. We all agreed on the Lucky store as one of us shops mainly at Lucy Stores. Again severe weather conditions. When we got to the store we were the only customers. First question "do you have an gloves?"- answer, no. ok, How about socks? answer no we have bracelets- REALLY? What set the tone- was when she told us "they sell socks at the Ralf Lauren store for $40.00 a pair" the saleswomen made us feel very un-welcome during the rest of our time there. She was talking to another sales check about another shopper who was stressed out over the weather "again severe" making fun of the lady. Me and my sister in law didn't make any comment although she was way out of line. As we were checking our phones for updates on any road conditions the saleslady decides that she should give us some advice saying that we should "just get out there on the road, and take the back way through Leadville" - are you serious? That would be a death sentence! We didn't comment even though that was terrible advice, what if we werent locals and didnt know any better than to listen to this lady? The thing that set us over the edge though was when she told us that we were looking very distraught about the situation, was she serious? ya. That was when we got in a bit of an argument with this saleslady, because this could go on no longer. After we were out of the store it was then that my niece said "while you were talking with the manager the gal you got in a fight with walked by me and gave me a sympathetic look as if to say 'i'm sorry she's your mother'. If the weather wasnt so bad we would of gone back and told her off again. Overall because of this incident we will NEVER shop at Lucky again. -1 stars. read more
