I had the pleasure of working with Maddy on my last visit and she was beyond helpfull. Trying on clothes was a challenge to be sure and I am lucky to have a great husband. Maddy helped me find some pieces I needed. Tried them on and with all of the effort I was exhausted and glistening. At the counter she graciously turned the fan on me to cool me off and then retrieved a bottle of cold water. She helped in every way possible to assist me in this shopping expedition. I was greeted by the employee at the cashier station as I entered the store. She asked me if I was familiar with the layout of the store and I told her I was. She them told me to just let her or one of the other associates know if I needed any assistance. I made my way over to the Men's Shoe Section and began looking for a pair of dress shoes. I found a really nice pair of Florsheim shoes that was almost $30 off their regular price. I said, "Sold!". I was really surprised the store was not busier this close to Christmas, so if you are not one who likes crowds, this may very well be a store you might want to check out!

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by Cameron. She was sweet, kind and very patient. I was looking for a gift for my niece. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she took me straight to the necklace, which I bought. Then she gave me space so that I could look around. As I was looking around, I found something for myself, a ring. When I asked Cameron about a ring size, she mentioned that we could customize the stone. I was sold. Also, Erica checked me out at the register she was so pleasant and kind. She made sure to give every customer her undivided attention as they were being checked out. I've worked in retail for many years and the customer service that I received at this location, far exceeds any of my retail shopping experiences. I genuinely felt like everybody working there was happy to be there. They had so many cute things in various price points. I had no idea that they also make custom rings and necklaces. You can choose your own color stone. The parking can be a little tough, but if you park in the parking garage, you should be fine.

Inside the massive Stonebriar Centre in Frisco is this Banana Republic - which is a trendy inexpensive clothing store for young people that has been around for a long time. I got some ripped jeans from this location last time we were in Dallas. We didn't buy anything this time because we were just browsing through the whole mall - but they do have some cool things and even though they're expensive there are some pretty good sales now and again.
