She strongly suggested (implied?) that I contact my Dr and get it right. After a very uncomfortable dialogue she FINALLY asked my date of birth. (I had given all that information over the phone when I made the appointment and again when I checked in that day). All along she had been looking at a different patient's chart. She never apologized, all I remember her saying was "we'd better get you in our system). I should've gotten the equipment for free with an apology.

When I told her she told me they did not have that brand bcs they were not well made, so I kept on walking towards the walkers and she kept telling me in a louder voice they did not carry them. I turned around and said: I got you, but I am not looking for the same brand... she mummble something and never got up and walked to show me the new walkers... They refuse to listen to you try to sell you things you don't need. Today I called them for 45 minutes got a run around they never explained why they were not billing my insurance plus they had my insurance information wrong as well so naturally I am left holding the bag. I am so glad I cancelled my service with them
