I would've given a 0 rating if I could. It was my first time ever in this office and my very first time getting anything done on face and I explicitly informed Dr. Yassin. Without consultation, putting me in a poorly lit waiting room with my companions, he went one by one asking asking us to make facial expressions then pointing informing us of how many units we all need. I was taken aback because One would think he will give informed care to his clients. When I had the audacity to ask where all the units were going to be applied, Dr. Yassin seemed offended and told me I won't be happy if I got less. When I asked more questions he told me "don't get it then". Poor bedside manner, poor people skills. My companions felt pressured to get treatment by him and one of them was very unhappy with her Results. Anyway I'm glad I didn't give in to his condescending treatment of me and I chose to go somewhere where they treat their clients with respect. I'm sure Dr. Yassin has great experience and perhaps a good doctor but his people skills are mediocre at best. read more

I hardly give 5 starts anywhere but this place is my favorite for spoiling myself! I never feel bad or have regrets about the money I spend because it's been well worth it. They claim it is a $650 value On the Groupon website they have a few really nice reviews, but as an Elite I decided to research further. WARNING 1: No website on the groupon site OR on Yelp WARNING 2: Any positive reviews are from people who have no other reviews. Negative reviews were very specific and warned of bad work being done WARNING 3: No actual patient photos, just a few generic ones WARNING 4: when I called, no one answered. The phone just rang and rang My Spidey sense was telling me that I DO NOT want my face injected by this person. I was literally shaking because $299 is a lot of money for me and I thought it was gone! Thank goodness Groupon is awesome and understood I wasn't just being fickle, but genuinely afraid. Came here a few weeks ago to get Botox for the first time. I was a little skeptical because of the negative reviews they have even though they have an overall good rating. But I decided to feel it out and if it didn't seem right, I'd leave. The receptionist was friendly and they took my temperature and offered hand sanitizer. I wanted a natural look and only above the brows and the dr injected it on my crows feet (probably to sell me more units). I have ten units on each side, a frozen smile and chipmunk look when i smile...he paralyzed the eye around the muscle and I no longer have an arch in my brows. My brows drop as well and they are like small low hoops. My eyelids are very puffy and droopy. It's absolutely humiliating.He just wanted to sell the most units and I did not need 50.
