Avoid them! First, the scribbled out an estimate on a piece of scrap paper totaling more than $13,000. I sent an email requesting the estimate be put on their letter head with detail. This request fell on deaf ears. I requested a copy of my X-Rays to show another dentist. For 2 days they couldn't find the X-rays. Finally, I called Adam and his father. Instead of apologizing they only offered excuses. When I advised them that I will file a complaint with the NYS department of professional responsibility, then they suddenly found the X-Rays. These people are very arrogant, rude and incompetent charging exorbitant prices. They have a false sense of entitlement. AVOID THEM!!! read more

To begin, I went there to have a cleaning. I have had many cleanings over the years. It doesn't even feel like a cleaning was done, at least not a very through one. Wouldn't you know it, subsequently the dentist came in and advised that I needed thousands of dollars in work. I sent them an email requesting a detailed invoice of each proposed procedure. This was never sent. Got an implant and bridge and it was quick and absolutely not painful at all! He was patient and understood my care. However, a year after the bridge came out so they scheduled me to come in which happened to be on my birthday and i waited hours to get seen. He said he used a stringer glue so it shouldn't come out. Another year or so after the replacement it came out again. I tried calling MANY times but no one ever picks up. I came from NJ to head to their office to see if i can speak with someone about it and it was locked. I checked before going to see if they were open and it was and that's why i went. I even left several messages about me needing it glued back in and no one called back. I paid a lot of money for this and now im here sitting with 2 screws sticking out of my gum because not a soul got back to me. I would have gave 5 stars because the initial care i was given was great but i gave 3 because i tried for months to get in contact with someone to replace the bridge and i haven't gotten anywhere. read more

Terrible Experience . I came here for consultation and Dr. Lublin wanted to perform dental implant surgery on me the same day. My second appointment was the crowns being cemented and placed, I added cleaning to be done as well. Before he placed the implant I gently reminded him about the cleaning since he forgot. He then stormed out of the room and came back 10 minutes later apologizing for his action and also stating that he has so many patients, and working under pressure has caused his frustration. This profession is not for him. The receptionist that is Dr. Lublin's wife is rude, she hangs up abruptly and rushes to get you off the phone quickly. Excellent service once again. I am a long time customer, and I was not disappointed. The office continues to adhere to COVID precautions. The staff is friendly. My recent service was a routine cleaning. Jan was gentle but thorough. She scrapes and probes, after applying ample topical. What an angel! She examines all the oral crevices, including underneath the tongue and palpates the neck for lumps /nodes. She communicates her findings to Dr. Lublin, who comes in to confirm and consult. If you need work to be done, the doctor has gentle hands and has perfected giving " the needle". Once you are numb, he can finish his work. He offers a gamut of services including implants and Invisalign. Why shop around? You will not be disappointed! I came here to have my Lumineers done and I'm glad that I did, Dr. Lublin and his team have done a phenomenal job ! I love that not only are they fast, but also very thorough and professional. They have a very busy practice, therefore they're often booked for weeks in advance and patience is a must. However, I must also say that I prefer a busy office over a less busy office, because that means that you're dealing with staff that have much experience and whom do great work. Other then that their office is clean, cozy, and very cheerful and I love the ladies at the front desk I always leave there smiling. This story of one of the mistakes I have made in my life. Read before schedule appointment to that nasty please. It started from Cosmetic Dentistry Grants Program,  a nonprofit company gives a grant's for dentistry. (As My Opinion) By the way , god knows how much was actually written off taxes by doctors that involved in this scam. I applied online Cosmetic Dentistry, in couple of days I received email saying that I was approved, and forward me to Dr. Ted Lublin on 6820 Avenue U, Brooklyn NY.  By the way Dr. Adam Lublin, DDS. is the co-owner and founder of Dynamic Dental in Queens, NY    https://cosmeticdentistrygrants.org/about/team/  First impression was excellent, I wanted a bridge and crown doctor Lublin gave a good price (please don't fall for it). I asked him how much would he charge for implant he gave good price of total $19,800. I found this price reasonable and Dr. Ted Lublin and his workers convinced me to take credit, I applied for a care credit.  With me I brought to office seven other people, two from my family and others my friends .  All of us having terrible experience with this office.  Entire job is defected and needs to be redone. All do to lack of time that he spends on patients that paid in full, because one it's paid I got to let him finish it. Dr. Lublin's relative l think it's his wife is on front desk, watch out for her big scammer, tried to rip me off  twice. All because of the price Dr. Lublin gave me are not registered in the system, there for on the bill you would see the balance from a regular pricing as a outstanding balance which they suggest to ignore (don't ignore that part, as per attorney suggest me.) and become of my medical condition my memory is very poor, but thank god I always asked them for a proof of payment. My 3rd, 4th, 5th tooth we agreed for implants , it's terns out to be I have my fourth tooth as fake , just like a bridge with  crown , even though there is only one bridge on my med records. On records it shows paid for implant. When I told him he was shocked himself, but claimed that it was put in by another Dr in his office and he wasn't aware of this mistake. On next appointment I raised this issue again on which he respond that we had agreed the way it is , total lying. Because I even had him put an implant where he said it would be pointless because when I bite bottom is empty plus the price is identical as other implants . Instead of apologies Dr. Ted Lublin refuses to provide to me entire medical records, and at the same time asking me to proof him that he is wrong. Started a few months ago with Dr Lublin and have never been so happy in my entire life. I had crowns and partials , however my bottom teeth were a mess and the top didn't match. Having gone to another place I got an estimate double the price and it was very commercial . I was happy to know that I made the better choice and was also elegible for a grant. Dr Adam Lublin has been my dentist for over 15 years, I have had only good experiences with him and his front desk especially Marla. I am very disappointed with the demise of professionalism at this location. Many years ago you felt a caring feel from the front desk and they were more than happy to assist you with any concerns or questions that you might have had. I attempted to speak to the doctor briefly after my appointment and I overheard him say that he didn't have Time and I needed to make an appointment. I attempted to talk to the young lady at the front desk and she blew me off like a cheap suit wearing life insurance salesman. Marla was know help either as she sits on her royal thrown. Lilly however, has always greeted me with a smile and is very attentive she does not get the accolades she deserves. I will give this office one more try before moving on to a nearby dentist office. I was connected to Lublin Dental Center through the Cosmetic Dentistry Grant (CDG). Dr. Adam Lublin was not my dentist prior, but became my dentist through the program (CDG only allows you to go to their participating dentists and Lublin Dental Center was the closest one to my previous address). Dr. Adam Lublin answered all of my questions related to Invisalign and my overall dental health. He gave me sound advice to not get a root canal on a traumatized tooth because it had already calcified. He and his staff made the process of getting approved for the CDG program easy and efficient. If I was arriving late for an appointment, the front desk staff were very accommodating. I have a friend who got Invisalign through another office and she didn't get any of the things I got through Dr. Adam Lublin's office that comes with the original Invisalign package (cleaning crystals, whitening gel, case, etc.). Iam a new patient at this dental office and after reading some of the negative reviews i was expecting rude receptionists but i saw none of that and ive had 2 visits so far. The front desk staff was exceptionally professional, warm and friendly. The dental assistants were all extremely nice and gentle. Dr. Lubins work is fast and painless unlike other places ive been to.ive honestly had a good experience so far and have no complaints. I guess if you come there with an attitude you will get met with such idk but so far all is great. They even do courtesy calls to make sure youre doing well...what more can you ask for. In October of 2019 I went to Lublin Dental Center located at 6820 Avenue U in Brooklyn, NY, to have a consultation on some dental work I needed done. I selected this office because a portion of the bill was going to be paid by a grant from Cosmetic Dentistry Grants, and they directed me to this location. After being examined by Dr Adam Lublin, he explained to me that the grant would cover a portion, and I would have to apply for a loan to cover the another portion of the bill. I asked him about my dental insurance and what they would cover. He stated "Don't worry about that, I know how to fill out the forms to get them to pay, it will be taken care of". He gently 'coerced' me into starting the work that day. Over the span of a year the work was finally completed in December 2020, at Dr Lublin's other office Dynamic Dental located at 175-15 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica, NY. That is when I found out, Dr Adam Lublin's word could not be trusted. I ended up getting hit with an outstanging bill of approximately $1400!!! What I find most interesting over the course of this ordeal is that Dr Lublin and his staff made sure to apply for the Grant money. Dr Lublin and his staff made sure the Loan Documents I completed went through so he could get another $4000. But I found out that they never actually took the time to even submit my paperwork to the insurance company to see if the work would be covered. This ended up being my worst fear; that I would get stuck paying out more money. I know the paperwork was never submitted because in 2021, the staff at Dynamic Dental attempted to fill out the paperwork and it was denied as work not covered under my plan. I wish I had waited and done my own research to decide whether or not I wanted to go forward with the dental work. Unfortunately I trusted the words of Dr Adam Lublin and learned a very expensive lesson; not everyone's word means something to them. People say what they need to say to get what they want; money. The work he completed was great, but the customer service was dishonorable. So the moral of this story is trust no one, do your own research and go from there. In fact, go to another dental practice. I won't even put a star being that my only interaction was with their extremely rude and impatient receptionist. I was scheduled to come in for an appointment in order to use a grant I was awarded. I was told to go to Dr. Lublin's Dental office. This part of brooklyn as I found out is extremely difficult to get around without a car and finding a cab, which is usually my solution to such problems was impossible. My appointment was scheduled for 6pm and on the dot as I was in motion to call to inform them that I would need to cancel and reschedule the office receptionist called me asking about my whereabouts. Her tone was already that of someone aggravated. So I told her my situation and she told me it wouldn't take long to reach them from my location and said "see you soon" in a tone that was more of a statement than a suggestion. She clearly did not understand or know where I was as I had already weighed my options and knew (google) that getting to the office from my location at the time would of taken 45 mins. Knowing that I was lost and did not want to waste their time I told the receptionist that I would not be able to make it. Before I could get the words out of my mouth she gave me a Gubye and hung up on me. Now mind you I put down a 50 Dollar deposit that stated if I cancelled I would not get it back which I understood in my decision since 50 bucks really was not worth this headache. If anything I should of been the one upset and aggravated over this whole situation. But i wasn't because I understood the policy and decided to take the L. They just got a free 50 bucks from me for nothing. I was completely baffled. To treat a new patient in such a way was disgusting. I know I "won" a grant but it wasn't going to cover the entire procedure so I was going to pay out of my pocket for that in addition I was planning on using them as my go to dentist for check ups if I enjoyed the experience. I'm not very dentist friendly. I, reluctantly, go for cleanings twice a month. That being said, I needed my 1st root canal and was recommended by a co-worker to Dr. Lublin. While it wasn't an emergency, Marla and the front desk went out of their way to fit me in the next day. I was more scared than a turtle on the Deegan Expressway, but went. Staff was very friendly, and explained everything to me. I love their digital x-rays where you, the patient, can see them. Dr. Lublin did what he had to do, and I never felt a thing during, or after the procedure. The Dr. was friendly, witty, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure, as did his hygienists and all the other positions held in his office which names I'm not sure. Marla called me the next day to make sure I had no difficulties or pain. With various payment options for treatment, I can imagine going anywhere else. Even people not working on my mouth walked by, smiled, and were friendly. Honestly I regret getting my invisalign from this office. I'm pretty sure I overpaid and the whole experience has been horrible. The receptionist in the front is the rudest person ever and has no customer service skills at all. They told me they would send my next shipment to save me the hour and a half extra travel since this place is so far off the grid and they said ofcourse. Then when I call in to check they never sent it. I ask them to please send it now and after giving me a hassle they do it. I just called in and guess what it was never sent. They lady gets into a fight with me over the phone when I asked why that was. Also the dentist had nerve to ask if I was happy with the results or want to keep going.
