I went to Performance for a second opinion after a dealer's shop (which I had used for over 10…read moreyears) told my wife that her 9 year old SUV needed 4 new struts and 4 new tires for $3,200! Remember, this shop had done all scheduled maintenance, including oil changes for 9 years (and put new tires on less than 4 years ago). Performance did a complete inspection of the SUV, and determined the struts were fine, and the tires good for 5,000 miles! Their report included pictures and measurements, which I appreciate. They'll be getting all my non-dealer-required work for both my vehicles ftom here on out.

It wasn't busy at all when I got there, there was 1 car in a stall. I pulled up to a stall and waited for the attendant to guide me in the stall. I was greeted by Jordan who took my info and then he directed me to turn on my signals and then lights/bright lights, and brake lights. I pulled up about 3:15pm and I'm pretty sure I was done before 3:30. I don't know how long it takes but I know I'm usually waiting an hour or more at the dealership. I like Valvoline because no appointment needed, I'm able to stay in my vehicle and they are fast and friendly! Oh and my dog was able to go on a little adventure. I think the convenance is worth the price! I paid $68.88 after my coupon.

I called the phone number and no answer so we were nervous to drive several miles off the exit to see if it was actually there but we really had no other choice.
