The closest exit was just a mile away so we made our way there. We literally spent at least 3 hours going from place to place to find help. No one could help, it's like there is no one in Toms River who knows how to change 20's tires. None of the tire places on Route 37 "had the machine" (which sounded so ridiculous) or that we had to leave the car for 2 days to get tire change. Seriously?! 2 days for a tire change! At that point we were calling tow truck and then suddenly my boyfriend says: "Hey, this is the only place left that we didn't go to. Let's ask them." I lost any hope at that point. The car was on the highway with a blown up tire (at that point we were already driving on the rim) - and then I saw JOE - literally our savior. He came out all the way from the shop to check the car out, calmed us down, helped to park the car and even recommended a place for lunch. He was so professional and at the same time very personable - he understood the situation and that we are 100 miles from home so he without any hesitation moved us straight In front of everyone else in the line and help us to change the tire. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I don't know his position but I hope Joe is a manager of this place. He deserves a raise. Because of him we safely got home.

I asked them to patch my tire and was told that my tires had tire rot and that they were not able to patch them and I would need a brand new tire costing $232. I told them thank you but right now I can't get a new tire and to please put the air in my tire and I left. This morning I went to Beachwood tire and they put a patch in my tire and never told me I had tire rot and needed new tires. From now on, I will be doing business with Beachwood tire because they're reputable and I can trust them. Trust is very important in any relationship even in business.
