Today's experience made me remember why I love them so much... ..I've been going there for years, but tried going to Firestone today instead because they had a great deal on tires and I've been on the broke side - in a nutshell, Firestone let me down and wasted an hour and a half of my time. The guy at Firestone recommended Calderon's (lol), and I knew I should've gone there in the first place! I called Calderon's crying today after that fiasco, and they were extremely kind and patient while I literally sobbed on the phone about my bad experience and dire tire needs. They didn't have my tires last minute (I called them 30 minutes before closing so I get that), but they ordered them special so I could get reasonably priced tires by tomorrow. I'm extremely grateful and will not stray again! Highly recommend!

They also found a nail in my tire and patched it for only $20. I will be coming here for my car service option! They were also honest about telling me I did not need an oil change even though I requested it. They said my oil still had 40% life in it and it would be several months before I would need an oil change. I will be coming here for the oil change for sure!

They had nothing else in my tire size on hand, everything would take 3 days for delivery. I don't know why it took them so long to figure out the size was wrong! They didn't tell me until it was 5:30 and all other tire places were closing, when I said that I desperately needed them for a trip the next day, they said to try Calderon's instead (they didn't have them on such short notice but were super kind and patient, will be seeing them next week). All in all they wasted my time without doing anything to make it right, and caused a delay to a trip I desperately needed the tires for. I will not be returning, do not recommend!
