I don't like waiting unless I have a loaner vehicle from the dealership. The guys here are super nice, friendly and competent. The waiting area is clean and comfortable (pleasant surprise). For just the oil change they include a complimentary car cleaning :) The mechanic came in to show me my oil level and to let me know how everything looks. I'm so glad I came in here and not wait a day or two for an appointment with the dealership. The oil change did not take long and I was in and out in less than I thought I would be (less than an hour, maybe 30mins give or take). I will definitely be back.

We were completely dismissed and it feels like our customer loyalty isn't valued or appreciated and that's very upsetting.

My vehicle stayed in their shop for 4 days, and after the inspection they told me that my driver-side lower control arm was broken and that the thermostat needed replacement. They charged me $3,600, but never provided any proof, photos, or explanation showing that the arm was actually broken. They also refused to give me the parts invoice, never showed the cost of the parts they used, and provided no breakdown at all. They charged me $2,200 just for labor, yet this job normally takes around 3 hours, not multiple days. When I asked for labor rate, time, or details, they didn't provide anything. The whole process felt unprofessional, unclear, and extremely overpriced. The worst part is that after I picked up my car, it had even bigger problems than before. The vehicle started having new issues immediately, and now I have to take it to another certified Mercedes mechanic to fix whatever was done to it. I honestly have no idea what they did to my car, but the quality of work seems extremely poor. I am very disappointed and strongly warn anyone with a high-end vehicle: do not trust this shop with your car. They provided no transparency, no proof, no proper documentation, overcharged for labor, and returned my car in worse condition than it arrived.

It didn't damage my tailgate, but I'm pretty sure that's not good to put your weight on somebody's tailgate like that. Also found the price compared to other companies like lube city or Midas are very high. I paid $140 for a synthetic oil change.
