I came here for some foot reflexology which is great for a person like me who spends a lot of time standing at work. The whole environment in this place is relaxing and peaceful even though it is located within a shopping mall. It was fairly busy when I went into the place but they did have someone available to take me in right away. The person who worked on me applied just the right amount of pressure during the service and did a great job. I was satisfied with the service that I received and would definitely put this on my list of places to go back to.

I made a spontaneous decision to get a massage on a Saturday afternoon, searched on Yelp, called her, and she had me come in an hour later. I am so glad I did. I wanted deep tissue and she provided, and asked me along the way how the pressure felt. It was a different type of massage than I have had, but I've never had one where the training was Chinese. My muscles hurt today in the way I would expect (and she warned me) after being worked on, but I feel worlds better. I agree with the poster who mentioned it felt like a chiropractic adjustment. I plan to go back to Na for regular maintenance, and I think her price points are very reasonable. I prefer to support an independent business rather than a place like that awful chain Massage Envy.

In fact, I plan on getting massages more regularly because her prices are so great. She did an amazing job working out tension in my neck and back. She explained what she was doing (which I always appreciate) and she mixed in some stretches, which really adds to the massage. The only thing I can say that is anything less than glowing is that the space isn't very fancy (but it's definitely still clean and appropriate - plus she has a heated table that was heavenly). But in my opinion, a bunch of crazy decorations has nothing on a massage from Amanda. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. TRY HER OUT! You'll want to go back I am sure.

Yesterday, I called various massage businesses in the area to book a massage and coincidentally called this business. I was told that there was a 3:30pm appointment available, so I decided to book it. The manager asked if I had been there before and asked me if I knew the price of the massage. She proceeded to tell me it would cost $90 and said that customers usually tip ~ 18-20% which I found odd, given that I hadn't even gotten the massage yet. I asked if she told every prospective customer this and she said yes. Then I expressed that I didn't feel comfortable agreeing to a predetermined tip amount and would tip the amount I wanted to after the service. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the manager didn't schedule my appointment because I did not agree to tip 18-20%. The manager proceeded to remind me that the last time I got a massage, I "only tipped $10" which is why they did not book my appointment. I pointed out that the notice regarding the tip that they kept referencing explicitly stated that it was a "suggestion" not a requirement (as is usually the case with tips). I was extremely upset because they did not communicate that my appointment was canceled prior to my arrival, and I had waited 30mins for this appointment only to be refused service. The manager and staff were very rude and I would not be returning here.

Everyone there has a different technique - some better than others - but they all do a good job and they don't jip you on the time. Even when the buzzer goes off they still finish up whatever they were doing and then send you on your way. Prices are by the minute and in five minute increments starting at 10, which is $10. I always go for $20 because I can't justify spending $30 on a chair massage when I can get a groupon for an hour-long ACTUAL massage for that price, but I know I want more than ten minutes. They also do foot massage which, if you can get over having your feet rubbed in the middle of the mall, is amazing and a great relaxation at the end of a tough day.
