I blame myself for not stopping her from hurting me. The spots are painful more than a month later. Tui Na that I've had previously engages muscles by grasping and pulling, not by irritating nerves. I cannot recommend this woman's work, though she assured me that the pain was necessary to improve my function. I had the impression that she made it up as she went along.
