Seriously. I know that's hard to believe. Communication with the staff was easy- i liked that, too. Always a plus when someone is massaging your feet or using sharp tools on your hangnails. Good makeup tips from Debbie, too. I think they've been in business for a couple decades here, so that's prob why it seems like they really know what they're doing. Also, the always important question of sanitation: it's clearly sanitary here. I had no questions. Saw her disinfect the tub before my feet went in, tools came out of a sterilizer box, and liquid sterilizer with tools soaking was in view. Oh, and my favorite part of a pedi: the massage. Top notch. I've found my pedi place in Central Mass, woohoo! Going back for a facial soon too.

Not only does she do phenomenal work she truly cares about her clients. She's so very easy to talk to and makes it easy to schedule appointments around my hectic work schedule. I have very naturally red skin on my cheeks and chin and expressed to her I wanted to do something to reduce it. Within a month she had a custom skincare routine made for me that works wonders. She explained each product and the reason she chose it to me in a very detailed and transparent way. I've been using it ever since! The fact that she put so much thought into each step based on my personal routine and skin needs made me feel like she really wanted to just see me feel confident again in my skin!
