I called got an answer machine and left a message, very, very, poor customer service. I called them back, next day, I was place on hold 3 times b4 someone finally answer the phone. They said they haven't gotten a quote, after 4 months later. This is the F-ken worst dential office I have ever been to in this area. I've never had a root canal before, but I don't think it could have been any more of a pleasant experience. I was moderately nervous but it helped that I felt safe under her care. The root canal was virtually pain-free. You can't really avoid the initial prick of the local anesthetic at the roof of the mouth. I've had worse lol. There was some post-op soreness (typing this about 6hrs after) but OTC meds alleviated most of it. I had zero issues with the office staff as well. We were able to share some knowledge about dental insurance. I hope I do not need another root canal in the future but if I do, I would want to do it here.
