I haven't had the best experience with dentists so after getting a recommendation from my bf to come here I decided make a visit. It's located in a huge plaza so there's plenty of parking and first impression upon walking in is that it was very clean and open. There's plenty of seats to sit at and it was definitely different than the typical dentist office I'm used to it where it looks more like a house. The receptionist at the front was very friendly, helpful, and more than happy to assist with any questions about the forms. After filling out my forms I met with Dr Lee. What I appreciated was how thorough he was during the check up and how he took the time to explain what I needed to work on and how I could personally better my hygiene. You can honestly tell he's passionate about his work which is not always the feel you get with many other dentists. During my cleaning, he often asked if I was okay and explained what he was doing. The office also has this cool machine they use for x-rays so if you hate biting onto those plastic things in all those angles like me, you'll definitely love it since you just stand there. Overall, everything was great the first visit so I am definitely making the drive from OC to switch over to Dr. Lee. read more

Like many, I had a traumatic dental experience as a child and that has made me aprehensive about the dentist. I had a cracked tooth and was causing me an incredible amount of pain. I saw all the reviews for Dr. Lee and decided to try him out. He was very patient and would communicate every step he was doing. Unfortunately, I did need to have an extraction. He is very knowledgeable and explained the procedure every step of the way. His prices are incredibly reasonable and also offers a discount if paying in cash. What a wonderful place. I never thought I'd say that about a dentist's office, but here we are. Dr. Lee and the staff at the office are warm, caring, and truly comforting to be around. I called for a last minute appointment the day before I went in, and I didn't wait at all to be seen, even though this was on a Saturday. He asked about my concerns about my dental health, listened and addressed them completely, and helped me decide on procedures I should consider. I have now an appointment to get my wisdom teeth (that's been giving me pain for years) pulled out in two weeks! Both my kids are patients of Dr. Lee, they have been coming to this office for nearly 2 years. Not very patient. Going in and out to other patients during the whole time. Such a ripoff... charging almost 200 where in other place i was only charge 50 plus for exact same checkup. Not very warm and welcoming. I can feel the same energy from everybody... like everybody just wants to get rid of me and get it over with. Dr. Lee has been doing my regular cleanings and check ups since 2012 and I am very pleased with the care he provides. I've been with Dr. Lee for a little over 5 years now. He's extremely detail oriented, hard working and caring. His whole staff (Nica, Falisha and Heidi) have a friendly demeanor and are all team oriented. I believe this is because Dr. Lee is such a great boss! He also makes sure to answer any questions you have and will work with you and your insurance should you be thinking about any procedure - whether it be braces, crowns etc. He makes sure to go over costs, and is very fair in his pricing. If you don't have insurance, he does take cash payments as well and won't try to up-sell you on anything. He's the most fair, honest and caring dentist I've ever encountered - which is so hard to find, because many dentists will just up-sell you and try to bill your insurance like crazy. Dr. Lee also has excellent availability. He has offices in both the Hacienda Heights and Fullerton areas and even has availability some evenings and Sundays!
